Vaguely-historical fantasy settings aren't known for their realism but if they were then whorehouses would be a pretty big deal especially in areas of conflict like war zones and dungeons. I think you should be more specific about what each Shrine grants. Many of them are very vague and, despite the fact that it's excellently written, doesn't give you a clear idea as to what your capabilities are.

If you feel like putting in a lot more work, power options with points is a solid idea. If not, perhaps a brief list or description of what powers each individual shrine allows you to wield. The Dark One may allow you to create miniature black holes, or maybe the Laughing Djinn grants a blink of some sort. Just a suggestion, though, as I'm a person who likes to see my abilities clearly listed when life certainly doesnt work that way.

Let me teach you a bit. Computers save colors as 3 (4 if you count opacity) numbers: Red, Blue, and Green. You probably already knew that much. Now, just pick the color you want with a sampler in MS paint (or a more sophisticated program might save you some steps). Now, Paint doesn't give you the hex code for the color, but you can find this out! Take the Red, Green, and Blue values from the sampler & paste them in a website like this: http://www.binaryhexconverter.com/decimal-to-hex-converter
Sure, you could just convert them yourself if you have enough of an understanding of mathematics and bases, but why not just take the easy way out? Now, this will give you 3 two-digit numbers. One for Red, Blue, and Green (If one of your numbers was only 1 digit, then put a zero in front of it). Now, but these three numbers together in the order REDGREENBLUE. Put a # in front of those 6 digits & you're done! Let me run through it for you with the background color of Yotsuba B. After sampling it using Print Screen & MS Paint, I found that the RGB values were: 238, 242, and 255. Now, I'll convert these to hex. The hex RGB values are: EE, F2, and FF. Putting those together with the # in front gets me:
#EEF2FF
That's your HTML color code for the background color. It's that easy!

Alternatively, you can figure these out by navigating the HTML. To do that, right click the thing you want to know the color of and click INSPECT ELEMENT. Now, take note of the listed class. Then, go to Style Editor and CTRL + F to find that class. It should say which color it is. You know, this method is a bit more technical... You'll have an easier time just doing the first. If you really want to do it this way, I can describe it in more detail, but you probably don't want to go through the effort.

I think I mentioned it before but my idea was that instead of a God hand you get sent to a yandere dark goddess that desires you and makes you her avatar on the mortal world. You can choose to do as you will, but the land you're in is full of grimdark evils and generally speaking you gonna have to kill them all.

I might make some good factions and neutral ones, good ones can start off aligned to you, neutral ones need convincing (and are generally more evil), and bad ones are straight up evil and will attack you unless you wipe them out.

Ditch the stats for now and take another pass at the second paragraph of each Guardian so you can more clearly describe and differentiate their power sets. All starting power gains sound same-y, half of the descriptions mention going full ham on the enemy to empower or otherwise make best use of their powers, and Fallen Titan, Sleeping Giant, and Crumbling Colossus are essentially the same archetype.

Since the setting is an epic battle, it might be worthwhile to take a look at units from RTS games for inspiration.

Not sure about the victory condition. Cigar section mentions the possibility of going home, but the battle has apparently been going on for a long time and as a guardian our maximum age was apparently raised to 200 or so. Nature of war is a bit odd since both sides apparently line up as if fighting at set times, yet sphinx guards flank as if maneuvers were possible.
