A Wizard travails the land steeling all the hats. What does

Ignore it until it's their hats.

Then, if the wizard looks substantially weaker than them, bully and intimidate him into giving back the hats, and if that fails try to kill it.

If it looks like it'll turn into a fight where they might actually scratch their shiny armor, they'll run away and give up the hats.

My current party is a bunch of spineless bullies.
