You can swap their rifles for lasguns if you have the spare parts, or just say they're using autoguns since they have the same stats. A PTRS-41 Anti Tank Rifle works for a Lascannon and all the other special weapons have obvious equivalents.

I lol'd. Sucks that IG isn't as popular as marines, because if this were a marine situation, you could easily buy that head for like 1-3 pounds on eBay from people parting out that kit and the rest of the parts would just go unsold or something.
