How hard would a entire army of nothing but bards and clerics be to fight?
Not a small one, but a gigantic one. A combo of a absolutely huge parading marching band of bards and a entire religion of clerics. How do you counter such a buffed up constantly healing tide of support?

Please tell me they're all playing Heavy Metal and that the Clerical Choir are the vocalists. That would just be fucking perfect.

A whole army of bards? They would probably just play this ONE song and promptly conquer the entirety of the world within its 15 minute span. I'm talking a thousand bards ascending to a galactic-sized stage for a rock concert that even the GODS themselves would attend, and then cry out in agony as they come to the understanding that nothing shall evermore be as awesome.
The entire universe will stand at attention and weep as METAL fills their hearts.

Give them lots of alcohol and tell them fibs regarding each other and let those drunken passionate retards kill each other.
Just sweep the remaining survivors easily after the riots.

Depends on the setting for a generic answer.
Assuming you mean D&D, it will vary from difficult to damn near impossible, depending upon the edition of D&D. Arguably the hardest group to kill would be a group of 5th edition Clerics and Bards, via a combination of Spirit Guardians surrounding them from all sides, turning any melee charge into mincemeat. Bards could Counterspell most spells they see, and short of a literal nuke the combined healing of the two means any damage gets erased near instantly.
Maybe a fleet of ancient dragons with powerful spellcasters on their backs, throwing as many powerful AoE spells and breath attacks could work, but if they don't kill enough of the Clerics, Revivify pops most people back up pretty quickly.

A rival army of bards and clerics.
The world will be torn assunder by the clash of METAL vs METAL, stray riffs would level cities, powerful verses would part the skies for the gods to bear witness to the battle.
There would be no survivers.

An army of Barbarians with the war god's entire supply of pallys
Or just a handful ofwizards.

Alright let's think about this; a D&D bard alone can buff themselves into a decent warrior without focusing in on it. Collectively they can layer and combine so many effects as to be an unstoppable marching formation. Non-music bards up front acting as leaders of the band. Clown and Jester styled bards along the sides as color-guard mock and ridicule enemies, tossing out barbed words to match their debuffing capacities. Acrobatic and Archeological bards sing to grant agility and poise, traditional support bars improve the army's offensive capabilities, war-singers granting durability and healing, with Skalds striking the lot of them into a fervor. Magic-focused bards are mixed; some hang back, keeping their voices quite in reserve to counterspell enemy mages, cast resistances and even sing to the cosmos and drawing down radiant fire in time with the band's crescendos.
One smart individual has the wits to cast Silence, but there are too many singers, too many supporting effects and the brief quiet is shocked into thunderous noise in short order while mimes pantamime walls of force to bridge any gap in the march's path.
If you think you need Clerics, that's fine, but I'll take the Bard army and be pretty happy with my cacophonous conquests.
if this was 5e I think the only way would be a tarrasque and a shit ton of ancient order paladins. Just like a fucking horde of them.

In 5e, an army of peasants wielding crossbows can wreck tarrasque
