You say them the same way. There's no difference in pronunciation. That said, I'd go with demon, personally. Daemon is a neutral term for any spirit, demon refers specifically to the hellish ones and is more appropriate for the spawn of Chaos.

I'd just like to say I like the way those Space Marines are drawn. They're imposingly large, but not so bulky as to be ridiculous; they look like they could still be agile if need be.
