How would you go about worldbuilding in a world where only "monstrous"

I count "kemonomimi" and "monstergirls/boys" as "monstrous" and then make it just like one of my Japanese animes!

well, that's one way to look at it in universe, BUt from the perspective of a outside observer/partaker in the medium they are all 'monsterous'
