Well, there's Rei. I raised her in Evangelion and took care of her, though she always referred to me as Professor instead of Papa because otherwise Gendo would not be amused. She did call me this after the MP Evas were defeated and Gendo and SEELE were arrested. Shinji quickly found that I was the type of dad who would dote on his daughter and wait on the porch with a shotgun when her boyfriend came to pick her up.

Aside from that...I did create a robot daughter. I named her Nadia. She liked singing a lot, so I helped her train to become an idol. When a jealous rival tried to sabotage one of her concerts, I erased her from the memory of everyone on the planet. I also had the Dolls from Nechronica as daughterus, and when the Necromancers tried to hurt them, I destroyed their empire and turned them into actual dolls for my Dolls to play with. In general, it's just a bad idea to mess with my kids.

The stronger the item, the stronger the enemies. Assume you're in for a bad time if you enter the Item World of something like a Super Infinity Blade of Death and Destruction.

Everything after that is subject to fanwanking and individual chains. Trying to quantify anything involving Disgaea is an exercise in futility and headaches for me. So do what you think makes sense for it, and maybe watch some gameplay vids to draw your own conclusions.

I have an army of Sanctioned Xenos that spread and defend Justice, Liberty and the Imperial Creed. My only regret about them is that there are so many of them I can't give them all head pats.

So I’m just the sidekick of Ranma, who is nigh constantly sporting a metallic sheen and nearly eleven feet tall. This’ll be cool.
This is mostly going to be an object lesson for pre-teen Bowser whilst Ranma tears into this world’s Bowser verbally slaughtering the poor bastard as he points out that in only ten years I had raised a Bowser ten times as strong as he was right now. The King of Koopa’s can’t seem to see the massive holes he’s leaving in his own fortress as he continues try to touch the Saotome Style Grand Master.

“Nah he ain’t got a shadow.” Ranma said as he flicked his dragon braided hair behind his head. The ash statue faded as per what we’d learned to expect. After Ranma opened by punching the entire Koopa castle into rubble the King of Koopa had taken to fighting only using his fakes but he was improving on his techniques even as we tracked where his airship fleet, and thus he, were. It was taking five forevers because the Koopa King had buckled down and gone globetrotting so that he could find all the various McGuffins he’d used over Mario’s adventure in a desperate effort to stave off Ranma. This one was going to be a long decade but at least we were having fun in this wacky world.

OOC: I find it funny as fuck that with the rolls I did for this, personally, Bowser leads this chase for the entire decade and never visits Mushroom Kingdom as he knows I left the rest of my companions there.

Right, so I'm gonna make some rulings about Stalwart Tiger before he goes on his next jump.
First and foremost, I will NOT accept another Exalted Jump onto his dice list until he goes Devil Tiger, and has had a jump or two to flesh it out.
Secondly, He will not be going Devil Tiger for some time. This is for a couple of reasons, the first is that I feel it's an important moment for his story and should take time to reach. The second is because despite his utter obsession with Ruling, he is a curious person. He wants to delve into the new worlds he's going to and understand them, he wants to rule them yes, but he's still an avid learner. He has Lore and Occult as Favored Skills for a reason. So even with each jump being a decade, he's not gonna have a lot of time to devote to finding the Devil-Tiger path.

So I'm going to set a goal. He will only go Devil Tiger in a jump with lots of time and not much to do/learn, such as Civilization or German Hollow Quest. Or in a jump that is thematically appropriate for his 'ascension'.

Regardless, I help her out when I can and do my best to bond with her. I also, as said, do what I can to nudge her and Minerva into non-combat endorphin producing activities. A good few years into the jump, I lay everything out: who I am, what I’m about, and why I’m here. Is it weird that I kind of want to buy Orphaned Cub of the Devil Tiger for myself and every imported companion in Infernals, and then have us never use canon Yozi charms? For some reason, I feel like I'd have an easier time coming up with entirely new charm trees than expanding on the existing ones. Even the canon-but-unstatted Yozi feel weird to me, because I know other people have made homebrews for them and I'd be unconsciously comparing my work to theirs.

Witchers have combat magic called signs. They're relatively powerful for one on one, or small group, combat. You can still get overwhelmed unless you spec and use them properly.

Mages and Sorceresses on the other hand are quite powerful. Magitech is a thing, as is magical scientific research. Contacting other planes and spirits are a thing. One sorceress during a war rains down fire and all manner of shit and just wrecks an opposing army.

You've also got casual teleportation, illusions, transmutation, and decently powerful blasting. Magic for mages and sorceresses in The Witcher is pretty good, all things considered.

The Count sacrificed his wife. Who was a cheating devil worshiping traitor, sure, her death wasn't a bad thing at all and by right of the law she should be executed, but he was contacted by the God Hand and he chose for them to kill her because he could not, and the price was his humanity. He became a monster just as bad as the devil worshiping heretics he fought. That some tendon of it survived because of his daughter is what eventually led to his demise, yes, but that doesn't change the price.

The Count is a very special Apostle, anyway. The God Hand wanted to upgrade him from a regular Apostle to some kind of super Apostle who was stronger than all the others but still below the God Hand, as well as give him a second chance. Something they haven't done for any others that we've seen. In my opinion, the fact that he managed to retain some humanity because of his love for his daughter is why.

Starseed Awakening (600 CP, Discount Drop-In) - You have an almost supernaturally powerful ability to bring out anyone’s potential with a reasonable amount of magic-assisted teaching. You can “awaken” a powerless person’s Star Seed and give them a human form if they lack one, and gain powers based on their personality and who they are. A fiery person could gain fire powers, a statistician gains the power to manipulate probability, a cat gains the ability to defy physics, ect ect.


If someone can gain powers in some way in a setting by drawing power from their soul, you may use this perk instead to give them the in-setting powerup. Like awakening a mage from Mage: The Awakening, or giving a jojo citizen a stand. If this power is used on a Sailor Senshi or a high-powered person, you may in extension, give them a one-time permanent powerup. The normal person will need teaching in how to use this power and it does not protect them from mishaps as a result of their power, but perhaps you could teach them in how their newfound powers work.


You may not steal an Awakened Person’s power without their full consent, and threatening them and manipulating them into letting them give you their power does not count as consent. Eating a person does not count as consent.

Thanks. I spent all my sp on the various armor functions, under the logic that I could either find them the classic way, borrow them from Oneesama, or just go without.

Not a huge lose, but it would be nice to have at least one of the higher beam types. Survival is slightly more important to me than having weapons. Light and Legendary in specific are really cool.

As for companions... Well, i don't actually have eight companions, so it seems a waste. I don't suppose I could get either 50 for 2, or 100 for 4? And then the doubling for power armor. Either of those would be a godsend.

I threw a /lot/ of game terminology and mechanics out the wall, which I usually do when I build for any Dungeons and Dragons Jump. You can improve beyond that. I'm doing what HeavensAnon did with the Disgaea jump and making certain perks free for everyone, but you'll have to pay to keep them after the jump. There won't be a lot of them, but they're there.

The perk to gain power-ups periodically is one of those perks. I haven't posted it yet because I'm still smoothing out the details and working through it to make it not an easily abused perk.

I know it doesn't really come up a lot, but I DO actually have a suit of armour I use for special occasions. It's the armour I got from Overlord.

Focusing more on environmental systems with some wireless hookups, and the holy/unholy blasters since those seem like they'd be hard to find otherwise. I'll probably hook them up to the giggle switch.

Anyway, there is not a lot else interesting to say, since there is no endgame plot or anything planned here. I don't really want to destroy the Federation or Pirates, since I kindof need them to accommodate my chosen lifestyle here.
If anything, "Coveted" just kindof gives them a heads up, and maybe inspires them to make cooler stuff (for me to steal). I don't mind being a fugitive. Wouldn't be the first time.

So, the only other thing to talk about is... y'know... Her.

I almost see myself as a darker variant of Samus here, though I'm sure she'd be insulted by that thought.
Loners drifting through space, blowing stuff up, collecting things. Y'know. The difference is mainly one of motivations. She's this noble space hero and I'm... not.

Just the same, because Samus is neither really part of the Federation and hates the Spess Pirates, I like to think we weren't constantly at each other's throats.
Especially when it meant we were both blowing up Pirates.

During the Doctor McNinja jump I got so fucking sick of McNinja's and King Radical's constant shit that I lined the inside of my gelato shop with laser shooting gemstones from GemCraft, magically enhanced the furniture to start flinging itself at any target that threatened to damage the store, made the gelato itself crawl from the dispensers and try to eat anyone who tried to break in at night, and then finally at the end of the ensuring clusterfuck I had an ice explosion in the store to freeze any survivors.

It sounds like overkill, and my store most certainly had some days where I had to close it for repairs, but frankly I could take no chances. The jump was a lesson in healthy paranoia and efficient security.

Rivals? Friendly antagonists? I don't know what you'd call it.

Given I'm prone to blowing up parts of the Federation and stealing things, I think it would be silly to think that Samus would never try to shoot me.
I mean, she's not ALWAYS wandering around hostile planets. Sometimes she wanders around Federation space.
She'd help them if they were in distress.

But despite being a "bounty hunter", she doesn't really go for bounties.
In fact, an interview once said that when the Prime guys were thinking about adding in real bounty hunting "fetch this bad guy and turn him in for cash" missions, the japanese team was horrified. They seemed to think of "Bounty Hunter" as just a cool title for a wandering space hero.
So, I think if I were fighting Space Pirates or something, we could get along okay, at least for that mission.
So that's sortof how I imagine it.

I think that's more a case of "the player is in command and you can always shoot" than her canon characterization, which seems to gun more for sad lonely wanderer who stares out windows and contemplates loneliness.
Though she does blow up planets a lot, that almost seems to be by accident. It just HAPPENS. You never do it on purpose.

Actually, I think her canon characterization is pretty flat and uninteresting. I bizarrely liked her better in the days of Captain N and such, where she was a rude barbarian woman.
In my head, "my" Samus is really flippant and prideful and smartmouthed and likes violence and explosions.

... it's just in canon, she's kindof treated more as a waifu in power armour, and so, because this is "canon", that's the Samus I met.

Fallen London has a capstone for literally hurting people with your words. If I remember the game right, it should be under Persuasion or something.

Combine that with the perk from Anarchy Reigns for helping you spit some flaming venom at fools. Preferably get the complementary one that gives you a chorus of rappers to pick up the slack when you're reeling or doing other shit.

Think BlazBlue has something for talking while you're doing strenuous actions that would normally stop that. Might be a good thing to get.

Nah, Other M is just the most egregious, and further makes her very dependent on a frankly abusive relationship.

Before that, once she started getting some characterization at all, she was still portrayed as the type of girl who was very quiet and withdrawn, and didn't have a lot of friends. She's just also got a strong will and follows her heart, which occasionally does involve opposing the Federation when they're doing blatantly immoral shit.
So, y'know, she's not on someone's leash or anything, she's very much independant. She just also doesn't really... emote a lot.

To go to the kickbutt amazon days, you prettymuch have to dial it back to Super Metroid and before, where she didn't have a canon personality or even a consistant appearance outside of her suit, and so the NA comics writers and the like had to "fill in the gaps" as it were, which were really more like chasms.

It creates a quantifying field over reality. So, basically, anything within the field is quantified and studied at an excessive rate.
I'm basically that person who says, "Oh, I've analyzed all your capabilities", and, "I can anticipate all your moves!"
It also helps with research, but the limitations on marbles makes it impractical.

Lots of screens appear on the borders of the field, and can be summoned as desired, which relay information retrieval, but are not actually required for it. I can also alter the appearance of the screens, which I mostly use for taunting. Sometimes they also show weird stuff depending on my mood or the thoughts of other people in the field. I've seen episodes of Gravity Falls or a playthrough of Pac Man for example. The screens can play sound, as well, though that is also optional.

The rest of the area beyond the screens is mostly black void or blank, lit up by the monitor-esque glow.
There's a windmill in the distance, turning lazily like a turbine, obscured by the screens. It is not reachable.

The field doesn't really have any direct offensive powers, but screens can be used as shields, and the quantification is extremely precise. It's limited by my ability to understand the information, but at this point that's not much of a limitation.
So it's basically like an 800CP supercomputer hooked up to my soul, that tells me how much ass things are kicking.

Query for Mardukth re: Infernals

If we have an Unwoven Coadjutor (the 50cp version) and learn The Face of the Titans charm (which says we subsume our Unwoven Coadjutor), what happens?
You know, with cp stuff usually trumping non-cp stuff.

Do we lose our Coadjutor even though we paid cp for it? If we do, do we then know all the 'exceptionally helpful' information we paid for (since we're subsuming it, presumably we learn what it knew)?
Do we subsume it, only to have it come back (due to companion-style respawning)?
