And one I've been working on for a while but am not sure where to use him? Well, he had a home once. Now he can't go back and it's all because of love.

So, this is the guy who wrote the Sword Pact homebrew for Avowed; I've been inspired to make a series of similar esoteric pacts for weapons/equipment. So far I have Shield, Spear, Gun, Bow, Knife, and Armor on the list; would /pfg/ be interested in seeing any more equipment based esoteric pacts?

Essentially my backstory for them was that they were essentially an experiment created by dragonkind in a moderately successful attempt to create a species of dragon that could actually live with each other without wanting to rip each others heads off at the mere sight of each other due to alignment differences. Yes, and? I'm not saying a singleclassed, unarchetyped fighter is good compared to investigator, I'm saying a fighter is an excellent thing to gestalt with investigator, and it has lots of good options to go for. It shores up your Fort, HD, BaB, and crippling feat taxes.

Lore Warden is kind of superfluous, since even though the skill ranks are nice, you would be FAR better off taking something like Mutation Warrior or even Eldritch Guardian instead.

Though if PoW is available, you have no reason to not be a Scarlet Throne Style ZS/Bushi Warder with a Rapier.

For 3 levels in paladin you get a *shitton* of defensive abilities.

Aura of good, detect evil, smite evil 1/day, Divine grace, lay on hands all by level 2 and by level 3 you add Aura of courage, divine health, mercy.

Cha to all saves, immunity to fear, smite, 2-3d6 healing a number of times = to 1/2 pal level + cha mod, immunity to all diseases (magical or otherwise), and mercies (to remove fatigued or shaken or sickened).

Since constructs can only be healed by a couple things, he let me regenerate 1d4+1 hp per hour spent resting in damp soil (think Greenwood) and an additional 1d4+1 per 2 levels, for a maximum of 5d4+5 hp per hour.

I have a corruption score mechanic.

Your corruption starts at stage "-" which means totally uncorrupt. Not even a tiefling/assimar/wayang/etc., because they don't count.

As soon as you're exposed to a catalyst, roll an appropriate Fortitude or Will saving throw. If you succeed, then your corruption score remains at "-". If you fail, it is instead set to 0.

Whenever your manifestation level increases, so does your corruption score. You can reduce your corruption score through magic or appropriate actions (i.e praying, surgery, resisting the Hive, having Restoration/etc. other spell cast on you). Divide your score by 3 to get your stage. Instead of progressing your stages normally, whenever something would make you progress to the next stage, it increases your corruption score by 1 point, permanently.

When you reach Score 9/Stage 3, it becomes impossible to cure the corruption and reduce it below Score 9. After it reaches what amounts to Score 12 and reaches "Stage 4", you become an NPC, no ifs, ands, or buts.

Oho, you're so precious! I called Shanna a sweet little thing because her being a Kitsune does not translate into being a tight, mewling hole or some stuttering strumpet. The backstory needs a heck of a lot of work and you need to work on your Appearance (middling height and appearance? What the heck? Anon please, make that girl work for it!) But I'm really digging the angle of this girl's dangle.

Don't try to copy the LITERAL ANIMAL though and make her some glory-obsessed shut-in, you should look into the best Kitsune folk stories and find inspiration!

I was not the character's creator, I was just genuinely confused by the statement of her being "best". As far as kitsune go, she's good, but even as just a pitch she seemed kind of bland. Like a good good base that hasn't gotten any spices added in yet.
