The last female I played was, in short, a more ghostly, cannibalistic werewolf that got more powerful as it ate the bodies of the people that she had a serious grudge against. So I guess she will win by virtue of being the last one alive on said beach.

My last female character was a 6"8' tall winged "Valkyrie" who no longer led souls to Valhalla because she was cursed with mortality.

The other party members included an Illusionist and a Mentalist both who didn't understand you cant just go walking around fucking with peoples heads.

Last female character was an Elven ranger, she eventually tried and succeeded to bare the child of the God of Elves to trigger some doomsday stopping Rube Goldberg set of actions. This all happened after the campaign was finished, and the church the child would start would be a cornerstone of the campaign I was supposed to GM next set 2000 years later

If the contest is being held during the day she can't participate on account of being a World of Darkness vampire. If it's held at night then she's winds because she can use vampire magic to enthrall the judges and make them fall in love with her. If she is somehow prevented from using her magic then that would make it a lot harder. She's a real cutie, but more towards the 17th/18th century aristocratic ideal favoring pale skin and fine, delicate features rather than the modern busty "beach babe" look. She's never had a sun tan in her life and the usual adjectives to describe her figure are "slim" and "lithe," so not particularly impressive in terms of boobs or hips.

Well, the last female character I played was in Nechronica. However, this being Nechronica, it's probable that the "local beach babes" are also zombielolis. In which she might win, depending on what the zombieloli standard of beauty is like.
She'd be more likely to get bored and wander off, or try eating the other contestants, though.

The last female character I played before that was a navigator in Rogue Trader, due to several unlucky rolls on the mutation table, was an overweight albino with pointy teeth who radiated an aura of supernatural discomfort. Pretty high fellowship score, though, but I'll still have to say no.

My last female character was a low int (well, low everything but charisma) good-at-nothing* "disney princess" who looked and dressed like princess Irulan from David Lynch's Dune, so, yeah, probably.

My last female character was a filthy hermit who had a semi-permanent -6 to her charisma score most of the campaign due to her refusal to bathe. Eventually the paladin wrestled her into a bath and forced her to clean herself. To answer the OP, she wouldn't win, but she would get past the first few rounds for sure. Hopefully the scars don't detract too much from the beauty score.

My last female character was a western expat doing Shadowruns in Egypt, so thanks to Shadowrun's arch-conservative Middle East, she probably will place well due to a lack of competition. You will probably have to hold the thing in an embassy or extraterritorial office, lest the very real fun police show up.

That sounds like three kinds of dangerous, and my character isn't the trusting sort in any case. Besides, it's one thing to be ashamed of your cock and another to be willing to have it chopped off. And further complicating all of this is the fact that she's attracted to women rather than men, which is also a no-no, though not nearly as big of one as being a freak with a dick. Of course, she can't freely act on her attraction and so mostly just keeps to herself when she can. My last female character is a RIFTS Headhunter, with cybernetic arms, legs and spine, with a titanium-laced skeleton. The limbs are smooth, however, Looking like horizontal metal bands, similar to Mortal Kombat's early Jax.

She's also an elf with a physical beauty of 24. She recently became known as "Miss December 105PA" in the latest centerfold (Playboy getting restarted in MercTown.)
