I've never had a chance to play around with nobility, in fact I've never had a chance to play around with anyone at all. Every time it's disinterested quest givers granting missions or assholes that act like they're doing you a favor letting you kill skeletons in an overran temple. My personal favorite was where we were technically heroes, but every time we ran into a place for some downtime it was haunted or under siege or something.

I've never had the joy of actually getting to spend a session just TALKING, and it's killing me inside.

The dragon was a Blue, a smug beastie who'd been so proud of himself for manipulating the local kingdoms into magically-devastating wars that left the realm on the brink of collapse. He was all set to clear the board and take control, until a certain party of adventurers began thwarting his plans with increasing regularity. As we unraveled his conspiracy thread by thread, he grew increasingly angry, and his efforts to "correct" the issue became more and more erratic. By the time we faced him, he'd pretty much gone insane from seeing all of his hard work undone by vermin, and fell back to basic draconic instinct-namely, stealing the princess.

The princess in question was the favorite daughter of the soon-to-be-Shah. Pretty clever, a bit bookish, good with animals. We'd befriended her pretty early on, and she'd convinced her dad that we were more than the dune scum we appeared to be, and that he should throw in with us-a decision which put him at the top of our list to back for supreme ruler of the land. Her mother had been a oracle, and though she didn't quite have the divine power thing down, she could still fiddle with her crystal ball and magic birds, and give vague hints (and, a bit later in the game, a magic carpet, which we used for some pretty amazing fights/escapes). She ended up marrying the party leader after we beat the dragon and prevented his pet wizard from gassing the continent.

shit so I need some help, im a new DM and my group of murder hobos had been given orders (by the local adventure's guild) to find a necromancer who was raising the dead without a license from the council of bone. They found him and turns out he runs a small alchemy/potions shop in a shitty part of the town. One of the players (a vigilantly who is "not bat-man") interrogated him and told him he and his group would return the next day (why?!). Tl;DR the group comes back beats the necromancer but he gets away (vanish) I plan to use him for future plot devices later but now they are going to pillage his store then maybe burn it down. What kind of loot would be expected from an apothecary shop?

Campeign I am in allows any D20 system. Built a pretty crafty Gonk Droid with +26 to hits when braced, firing a E-web.

Now am playing a cantripologist squirrel spitting minimum damage of 72 a round, touch with no saves.

The first character ive played in years (Forever DM) and I make it too broken.

It's difficult for me to give objective feedback because she's waifu material for me. I love the combination of thicc, curves, muscle, height, and adorable. I think you've managed to make all of these qualities cohesive. I'm also a big fan of more than one pair of wings, so that's super nice.

For outfits, I'd say you should aim for emphasizing her hips, and exposing her shoulders to best compliment what I think is the core of her design (contrast of cutie and intimidating). Chain skirts or shawls like Chandra from mtg could be be one way to achieve that.

Also, please not even a hint of Mileena teeth.

Well it's the middle of the night. It's the perfect time to post this. I have just finished the last two planned Archetypes for the Broken Shackles martials.

The Knight of the Patchwork Banner is an archetype for the Unchained Cavalier. This archetypes is simpler than the others, merely removing the Mount class feature for the Brawler's martial flexibility, a few extra Oath choices, and a large banner that incorporates multiple banners at once rather than being able to change them out.

The second is the Construct Tinkerer. A gunslinger archetype that loses half of its deeds for a construct companion. This companion comes in three forms, a copter, a small hound like construct, and a heavy lifter. Over time the Tinkerer is able to upgrade his construct companion in a variety of ways. Including spitting acid, blocking line of effect, an afterburner, and more.

Synthesist/Aegis refluffed into eldritch horror hybrid

Twice a month, Shalelu Andosana leads a hooded and cloaked figure into the Rusty Dragon tavern by hand. Though at first the two would quietly sit and sip drinks at a corner table far away from the other tavern patrons, Shalelu has begun to introduce the large, seemingly hunched and misshapen figure as her younger sister. Anyone brave enough to express their curiosity recieve the same calm explanation, that she suffers from a curse that has irrevocably changed her form, and is very sensitive about her appearance.

As of late, the apparently young woman makes appearances at the Rusty Dragon on her own, in addition to the bi-monthly visit she makes with her sister. Of course, she's never really alone, as the tavern's propeietor, Ameiko keeps a watchful eye on the girl. Sometimes, the girl even works up the courage to talk to others and try to make friends. The few who were not unnerved by speaking with someone completely obscured by hood and cloak eventually began to call her "Izzy," short for Izaliana. Those few also learn of Izzy's intense longing for sights and wonders beyond what Sandpoint has to offer. If only she looked more... Normal.

Alright /pfg/. I need your help. After a session of running off and abandoning the group the party sorcerer has returned with a knight, another sorcerer, and 15 peasant canon fodders. The first thing he does with this army is use it as bait to lure my attention away while he subtly curses me with a 25% chance to do 0 damage and look like an idiot. He has not taken into account that I am a war-forged brawler who is easily angered, built for bullying and killing spell casters, and very easy to go from 0 to 60 in terms of violence level.

I'll get to the point. I know he cursed me as petty revenge because my robot hates spellcasters and wouldn't put up with his 8 int idiocy. I figured this out pretty quickly. The question now is: how the fuck do I make him pay for this dearly? What is the quickest and easiest way to kill a little shit like him dead or otherwise make him suffer? I'm already using pummeling style to charge and pummel to intercept enemy spells but this is pretty easily negated by them moving out of range or pre-cast spells like invisibility. What should I do? Should I drag him kicking and screaming to the bottom of the ocean? Do I give him a noogie so hard his head explodes? What is the most efficient way to bully a spellcaster?

This is the point where you take the fewest amount of actions possible to grapple him, then ask if you can headbutt him in the jaw to break it and fuck up his verbal casting. No somatic, no verbal, no casting.

You don't do any one thing.
You will use your entire arsenal of tricks, and you won't even stop when everyone else goes "that's enough he's already dead", because you know casters might not actually be.

First, you do the poison thing anon suggested. The poison should be the undetectable kind, and it should be in everything. *EVERYTHING*. If you can get to it without his knowing, you do so, and in the end even your gauntlets should be covered in the stuff just in case your weapon (also coated in the stuff) doesn't make it into him because of his robes (poison) or cloak (also poison) or anything at all (POISON, POISON, POISON). His dead familiar will be coated in more for when he holds it in his arms and cries. The shovel too. Help him cry;buy mustard gas

Second, you want blightburn. This shit's highly radioactive and destabilizes local space: it's a teleport-inhibitor. Just having that shit nearby will solve a few of his exit problems.

Now, the son of a bitch probably has emergency force sphere, which negates grapples and melee full attacks long enough to get a few escapes. But this, just like displacement and invisibility, can utterly fail in the face of *MY* personal favorite way around those defenses: Line-attack firearms.

One oversized (surely you can wield bigger than "medium" weapons right?) The princess was the firey-tempered elven magus previously one of the PC characters before being retired for a new character.

They managed to rescue her by depositing the equivalent 2 million gold pieces to take the princess out of the vault, and when the monk kissed her to wake her up from her magical slumber the magus nearly shocking grasped the monk into negatives.

That was a fun game.

She. The monk was a chinese waitress/yakuza hostess playgirl and was surprisingly heavily optimised compared to some of the other characters since the player was a veteran. But yeah, the monk had been previously shocked/thrown out of the airship/ thrown into her own bag of holding for her shenanigans, so it wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Aether Pulse is treated as a weapon only for feat compatibility (you can apply deadly aim to your barrage) but still a 'standard action' (or shape dependent) to actually use.

So no you cannot.

But what you *can* do is either backload a barrage on a conductive soulbolt, or use aether rounds on them instead.

While this is higher damage than either alone you do have to ask yourself if you really wanna be doing this however; because bolts are regular attacks while aether pulse is far more accurate.

There are counters that let you defend allies and some that don't (The Sworn Protector warder archetype changes that, but that's a different thing).
Extended Defense basically lets you spam a counter multiple times between turns.

And Chinese made gunpowder something like 1400 years ago, doesn't mean they had any idea what a molecule is. 9 men, and I think 9 humans? The rest is a hodge-podge of Aasimar, Tieflings and other races. Most of the men are decidedly un-lewd too, meaning if you made a properly handsome hunk you'll stand apart from the others.

Fly is a bit awkward to get as a class skill, but there are some spicy traits that give Heal, I'd suggest checking them out before really pounding out a backstory!

Emulate is bad trap especially the ranged version as nearly anything you emulate will at best be AS good as your blade forms can be, and most of the time just... worse.

But Weapon Group Adaptation can be applied 'backwards' to Discipline Blade Shapes in order to gain (and thus also generate) entire other categories if you want.

I have no idea dude, as I said I'm always the guy that plays the strength-focused brute that's large all over. I think it has to do with expectations on who is going to proposition, and the availability of potential sexual partners; most DMs use male NPCs and male monsters, and it's often expected those males are going to try and flirt or fuck the women. It's a matter of making the minimal amount of effort on your part to get a paragraph-sized dick narratively pumping into your tight, literary womanhood.

Frankly I rather enjoy the pursuit, especially when a woman takes the initiative and reciprocates any show of bravado or force my character performs. Nothing beats getting that cute lil ding and that "you have (1) private message" post.

Alteration (even just one form can be extremely useful)
Dark (a lot of melds are not impacted by caster level)
Life (restoring isn't generally affect by caster level, cure is, but if you go the revitalize route it's not so bad)
War (rallies aren't generally impacted by caster level and use your immediates so you can continue to full attack)
Warp (teleporting 30' is still really good)
