Any recommendations on systems to run a game in the Alien/Predator universe?
Dread.
Not even joking.

Is that the Jenga thing? I'm looking to do something a little less horror, a little more sci-fi action.

It is.
But if you want to keep it on the sci-fi side, I think pretty much any generic (sci-fi) game will do the trick. These things are staples of the genre, so you should find the necessary elements in most such games.

Hero System could work.

Sigourney Weaver or Arnold Schwarzenegger?

I'd say savage worlds

This, OP.
Do you want run-and-hide horror, "if it bleeds, we can kill it," or even "game over, man, game over!"

A mixture of both. Civvies and marines alike, far future, off-earth, in between Predators who stealth kill and Aliens who are in full-blown infection mode.So basically the first Alien Vs. Predator movie.

Savage World would probably work.
GURPS would also work, if you want something a little crunchier.
Traveller also wouldn't be a bad choice. Either Classic Traveller or Mongoose.

These are both good
Gurps is even better if you want to have an easy way to build your monsters

40K Roleplay. 40K ripped all that shit off anyway, why not reflect some of it back into its original setting? Only War Catachans versus Nids.
