What games can I play an AI overmind in?
The only one I can think of is being a GM in paranoia.
I really want to play some kind of skynet-ass overmind AI. Or, at the least, a robot from said AI.

You could do it in GURPS (the Reign of Steel campaign setting discusses playing as the AIs at one point) and probably some other universal systems. I imagine most cyberpunk systems with digital world rules might work with a little bit of houseruling to ignore the parts with players having real-world bodies.
