> Ask DM if I can make a traitor character who will betray the party
> He says "yes"
> Start sabotaging everything the party does
> They're complete assholes, so I don't feel bad in the slightest.
> The moment of truth comes, and I reveal myself
> Turns out, everyone else is a traitor as well.

This is what I was thinking when my GM approached me with his latest twist for the current campaign. I'll keep it vague because I know a couple of the guys browse /tg/, but the gist of it is that my character is, by his idea, a Lich in disguise 24/7 who's been out to kill the current BBEG for stealing his home and giving him the boot.
Session 7 and they still haven't realized that uindead have a bad habit of not attacking us yet.
