Anoyne cares to explain this dungeon map for me? It's Mine of Phandelver module - the dungeon next to Phandalin.
PCs enter via A ... descend 5 ft along 1st stairs, walk OVER the Doors (enty B), descend another 5 ft, reach Doors at the bottom and enter northern corridor via these Doors that lead to a small, connecting corridor ...? Which should be 5 ft. tall? I'm confused. Why is part of that wall broken the way it is?

The broken line indicates there is a tunnel underneath the stone floor of the landing.
Rooms are generally 10' tall unless otherwise specified, not 5' tall.
It's a 10' tall tunnel/corridor underneath the stone landing.
