How would a Magic the Gathering format like this work out?
>All cards cost 1 mana and have a CMC of 1. The cost is based on any color of the card (So a blue red card costs your choice of either one blue or one red)
>All numbers on a card are replaced with 1 (so all creatures are 1/1s, lightning bolt does 1 damage, etc.)
>All cards with X are replaced with 1, (so a card with XR in the cost, costs 1R and the X effect can only be 1).
What are the best decks and interactions in this format?

Best deck would be some kind of U/W control shell. Shit like cyclonic Rift, extra turns cards, and then just white token generation. Ezpz.

I'd imagine there would be a pretty big ban list in this format. This, emrakul, and any other effect that says "you get an extra turn," would probably have to be instantly banned.

Did some testing, extra turn effects need to be banned. Every game ends on turn 1 with them.
