What is the fifth trait? I cannot figure this out for the life of me. The party is creating the DMPC but they can only choose 3 of 5 traits to influence. I want to make this not a no-brainer.

This is really shitty?
Gender effects nothing.
And race/alignment (depending on the edition) effect class.

Add stereotype and motivation.

If it's 5e why not a Background?
>>50325403
I'd say just replace "stereotype" with "character archetype". Same thing but more clear in what it means and without a negative connotation.
>>50325430
That actually sounds much better.

Because I felt it didn't affect the npc very much in comparsion. I changed my mind however.

Sexuality
>>50325484
I know this is a joke, but it makes me think that if there was some kind of moment where players might be able to feel comfortable in saying "I'd like some romantic subplot/fling going on my with character with an NPC" that'd probably keep some problems from happening.

I have fun with it.
