Eh, 4th level Pathfinder party can't even cast fly yet. How do you expect them to reliably deal slashing damage to a weak point 25 feet in the air? Because Titans nigh-instantly regenerate any damage that isn't slicing open the back of their neck.

The humans of the city fire cannonballs directly into the titans as a stalling tactic to knock them over. There is never any expectation that doing so will actually kill one.

Blade Barrier is 20 feet tall and can form a circle.

Titans aren't very tough for their size, so assuming the barrier doesn't eviscerate the weak spot just from them going through it, not a lot of Titan is going to make it to the other side.

That said, Blade Barrier is an 11th level spell rather than 4th, so that might not be what >>50256972 had in mind.

Literally every part of the Titan is irrelevant except for the weak point of their neck, which has to be cut out / destroyed.

A hundred or so IG with lasguns shooting towards the general area of its head would probably get a few shot to the right spot in a matter of seconds. Not necessarily a clean shot from the back. I'm pretty sure even the shittiest lasgun can pierce through several meters of Titan flesh.

Then you have aircraft that can just fly a hundred feet above the big shitter and aim at said weak point. Or tanks with weapons designed to vaporize other tanks or to take down biotitans.
If it was even worthy to deploy Astartes for this, just compare an assault marine to the kids in the show and do your math.

A medium-to-high level party (or just a medium-to-high level spellcaster) could take down one titan easily. Lower level parties could down it with some creativity I guess. I don't think the average city could hold off an invasion of dozens or hundreds of these zombie giants, though.
Probably the long-term response would be special forces of high level spellcasters organized in every kingdom, called upon with those handy message spells and deployed through teleportation whenever and wherever the titans appear. That would also be absurdly cool.
