Diving into the nitty gritty of Everyman's Unchained Fighter.

Pros
+ 4+Int Skill points
+Weapon training buffed, given to you at level 1 and grants you profiecency in everything in your first weapon group. Including Exotic weapons (Bastard swords are worth it now!)
+ Every single ability that Fighters already have, they keep. (Bravery, bonus feats, Weapon/Armor Training)
+ Stamina, Advanced Weapon Training, Advanced Armor Training are given to you for free.
+Expanded AWT and AAT option lists.
+Expanded uses for Stamina Including two class features (Spend stamina for Temp HP up to a max of damage taken, Spend stamina for Martial Flexibility)
+Capstone is no longer one weapon but your chosen weapon group.
+ Several archetypes are updated to take changes to base class into account
+Decent feats with a few ROFLWTF options (Vital strike on a charge!? with added multiplication on ever 5 over target AC!?!? NANI DESU KA!?)

Cons
-Several of the new weapon/armor training abilites are flat out stolen from other classes(Precise strike and Resolve to name a couple), and a few options have wording that makes you do a double take.
-Needed another editing pass before release, (More than a couple noticible copy pastes in the feats section. )
-The Art in the book isn't too good.
-The Racial Weapon group Feats seem a tad redundant what with the weapon group options already in place.

Over all 7-8 out of 10.

Stamina management is very important, Fighters can get very powerful with a savvy builder at the helm.

Charging Momentum (Weapon Mastery)
You use the momentum of your charge to deal devastating damage to your opponents.
Prerequisites: Str 13, Vital Strike, fighter level 5th, weapon training with a melee weapon.
Benefit: Whenever you charge an opponent and make a single melee attack at the end of your charge, you can attempt to strike with devastating force. You can apply the Vital Strike feat to this attack. You can apply the Improved Vital Strike or Greater Vital Strike feat to your charge instead if you have either of those feats. In addition to those feats usual effects, for every 5 by which your charging attack roll exceeds the target’s Armor Class, increase the number of times that you roll your weapon’s damage dice with the Vital Strike, Improved Vital Strike, or Greater Vital Strike feats by 1, up to a maximum number of additional rolls equal to your weapon training bonus (minimum 1).
You cannot benefit from this feat while using any ability that allows you to take multiple attacks at the end of a charge, such as the pounce ability.
Combat Trick: Whenever you make a charge attack while using Charging Momentum, you can spend up to 6 stamina points. For every 2 stamina points you spend, your weapon training bonus counts as being 1 higher for the purpose of determining the maximum number of additional weapon damage rolls that you can make with this feat.

So Weapon Training caps out at +6 (+4 plus gloves of dueling), and with Stamina that would be a +9 maximum. Assuming you beat the target's AC by 45 you could get the max damage.

So using a Greatsword (2d6) and Greater Vital Strike (4x dice), your max damage would be 26d6, averaging 78 damage.

Which honestly deals less damage than an appropriate-level Zenith Strike maneuver.

Blaster is kinda inadvisable, as your damage output will be pretty mediocre with core-only. I'd also advice against too tight focus on offensive enchantment spells, as many enemies will be immune(and with core-only, you won't have ways of bypassing the immunity). So if you focus on enchantments, remember to supplement the offensive spells with buffs and maybe illusions that don't have mind-affecting tag.

Well depending on the materials available (ie 3.0 and 3.5 material) you could get a minotaur greathammer which does 1d12 19-20/x4 damage. Make it a gold or platinum so it's 3d6 damage, and then have the caster cast greater mighty wallop, which at CL 16 would increase it 4 size categories to 12d6 damage per hit.

Probably the vital strike line eventually. Double and triple would be higher when you got them, but eventually you'd be throwing out 48d6 every round, before counting in the additional damage from going intervals of 5 over their ac.

So overall the UFighter got a couple of little things that were already options and underpowered anyway, none of which really expanded anything aside from more of the stuff they could already do, even the "broken" charging strike feat.

Seems par for the course.

Are there stats for living paintings enemies? Don't really feel like stating up some paintings for a one off room.

Underpowered, as in "neither Stamina nor the Advanced Training stuff really made fighters much better than before". Even with those options, Barbarian still stands out as the better class. Or hell, Vigilante.

The fighter doesn't really need more options for big damage. The charge feat is nice, but I'd rather they got something like Bladed Dash, not to mention needing some degree of utility and movement options.

And the fast healing they get from Second Wind is laughable. Unless you're fighting a normal goblin at level 10 everything will be doing more damage than you can recover with every hit they land, it costs Stamina, can't go over your max and goes away after one minute.

A character decides to slice a part of a summoned creature (not enough damage to kill the monster), and then proceed to eat that. The summon creature is then killed or dismissed while he's still eating. What happened?

The sliced off bit goes away. Summoning gets you a "not really summoned" creature, at least as we think of summoning. Conjuring gets the creature to actually appear for real. Slices from a conjured creature will remain.

Generally speaking which is more useful:
A severely weakened version of Leadership (minions don't have class levels, you get way less of them)
Or
A severely weakened Wizard (less spells, small list, lower DCs, gimped crafting)

It's kind of a long story, but the short version is, my character has severe social anxiety, and the party teases him a lot to get a rise out of him. He's the only guy on the team, so he's an easy target, especially since he has no experience with women.

In the last session, they teased him by discussing putting him in a maid uniform, then wiping his memory of it. He made the bard (the only party member who didn't tease him) promise to tell him if that ever happened, and she did.

At the time, the party was working with a mad alchemist to blow up the drug trade, but Claw didn't trust her because of her compulsive lying, and her love of slipping potions to people.

The group, along with he alchemist, went out drinking, and the alchemist (the DM's NPC, by the way, I'll call her J) slipped something into the drinks. My character utterly failed his Fort saves, and started drunkenly calling her out on her hypocrisy. Her response was to charm him with an enchanted ring. The group then took him upstairs and dressed him up as a maid. When he finally snapped out of it, the bard, his only friend, used a Suggestion song on him, to make him have fun. It didn't work because he was exhausted from being forced to dance for them, and he blew up on them. The DM tried to bulls hit his way out of me using Hold Person on J by saying I was too tired to use it, but some of the players talked him out of it. My character tried to cast Fireball on her, but was stopped by the party leader, who realized they had gone way too far. They shared one hell of a nice moment, pure character development gold. But then the DM had J pull out some incense that wiped everyone's memory, just so his precious NPC wouldn't get in trouble, at the cost of the first character development I've ever had with this party.

And that's what I'm pissed about. My character was finally going to get some respect, and things were going to change big time, but the DM erased through powergaming.

Despite all of the shitty fapbait monsters Pathfinder has to offer and my friends' insistence on getting into shitty ERP, we have never ever encountered a succubus. My first player character with the group started out as a sex slave in a drow bar, another PC had a five-way with marids, the DM before the group's current DM felt it necessary to make an entirely new god of rape (that we eventually killed; we've spent a year or so cleaning up his terrible OCs), and yet no succubi.

What characters are you currently playing, /pfg/? I'm currently in an evil campaign, and playing an overly dramatic Vizier who acts like a Saturday morning cartoon villain for shits and giggles. His build is basically "Spiderman with necromancy."

I know that feel, but even at its worst my group doesn't sound nearly as bad as that, and it's gotten way, WAY better recently. I want to tell you to just hold out and see how the next incident goes before making a final call, but I just don't know. We have too many anons with shitty groups, it makes me wish I had the time to try to round them all up, get my shit together and learn to GM, and give them the game(s) they deserve.

Sits in the corner, wears black, rarely talks, staff has a scythe blade, pale, covers his face with his hair, specializes in stealth, several shadow-related spells. Goes by "Claw".

Why:
Social anxiety, his first crush said black looked good on him, he has a really thick southern drawl he's self-conscious about, the blade was a gift from his mom and is just mean to scare off bullies, he's a Fetchling so his skin is always pale, he has pock-marks left over from puberty that he covers up, he's good at hiding because he's so self-conscious, shadows intimidate people so he doesn't have to talk to them. "Claw" is short for his embarrassing real name, Haclawfelsgirdan.

He's my third attempt at a character in this party, and the first one I actually feel good about. The first was annoying and inconsistent fetish bait, the second was too quiet and reserved to be fun with the rest of the party, but Claw is great. He's fun to mess with, has great reactions to not being in his element at all, is original for once, and as a caster, he actually has spells I can have fun with.

Yeah; the Salamander's part of a group of Bleakniks (Bleak Cabalists), and my teifling (due to a heritage of 'grew up in her great-granddad's harem') is kinda a kinky bitch (emphasis GENERALLY on bitch).

Drow investigator in a LE conquer-the-world campaign, and the country's grand diplomat. Simply put, she's a bitch. To NPCs, she's stilted but convincingly polite, but to the PCs, she's sarcastic and biting literally; all of the PCs are half-monstrous and she's a vampire. She believes she's surrounded by idiots and could do things so much better than the party meatheads (considering one of our players has gone through five characters just because of all the stupid bullshit he's done, she has a point). Her usual solution to combat (aside from avoiding it entirely) is identify the threat with her investigator skills then let her minions or the other party members handle it/get killed. Cooperate with her, and she'll cooperate with you, but don't expect to do something stupid and not get called out for it.

I'm about to lock down the subtype my BBEG will specialize in controlling. One of my players is using Feral Mutagen + Vivisectionist(Alchemist) in order to get three Sneak attacks, and he's the only powergamer.
I want to choose a subtype that hinders this ability a bit, so he doesn't hog the spotlight all the time. I was thinking of Constructs, but it's a low-level campaign and I'm not sure if there's enough interesting ones at that level (presumably about level 3-4). Any other subtypes you guys can recommend? Or some Template I can slap onto some monsters to make them Constructs, maybe?

Alright, I admit that might be pretty cool. I'm going to do some research on both Oozes and Constructs, and see what gives me more opportunities. I'm still leaning towards Constructs though, but that's mostly because one of the new players picked a Cleric with the Artifice Domain, and I figured having a bit more Constructs than normal would help him stand out a bit.

You can do quite alot with them. Give the team some elemental items and then force them to have to switch hit against foes that are weak/strong to the elements. Have some slimes that use the absorbtion and grabbing rules. Have some 2 phase fights where either the mini-boss splits into smaller oozes or combines into larger ones. Have some oozes ambush them. Let them have options of avoiding some combats through stealth.

You can do alot of fun stuff with them!

I have actually considered doing a rewrite of part of the Unchained Fighter and adding a second completely new class feature similar to stamina.

The issue is as I see it I compared the UC rogue and UC fighter

In the current draft the UC rogue gets 14 "talents", counting skill unlocks as talents. The UC fighter gets 13. There is not much room to improve them witthout putting them as a leg up on UC rogue.

Basically in my mind the UC rogue is close to what I shoot for. And I equate many class features in terms of class opportunity cost. Right now the UC fighter and UC rogue are very close to each other. The UC fighter would have to lose something to make me bump it up more unless I toss out that deisgn principle.

What I was planning on doing was possibly rolling something into Weapon Training. This being a modified version of dirty trick + other combat maneuvers. Instead I made that into a AWT.

I could back up and think "list of things a fighter should be able to do in combat, but that combat doesn't support". Give them a pool equal probably to weapon training + wisdom (as they are the wisdom based of the three Broken Shackles classes) and make it cost points to do those. How ever that brings them close to the gunslinger's grit.

Basically what I'm saying is that I'm already infringing on things that other classes do with some of the AWT, AAT, and ET. I'm not sure how much more I can add and change without either putting fighter a head above others or changing them too much. I've already received complaints about he UC gunslinger and UC cavalier being too different from their base class so I want to try and maintain the fighter as something pure.

I was the DM a few sessions ago. The players went to a brothel to do some sidequesting and information gathering, and the bearfolk fighter ended up bringing a kitsune back. Ended up making her a clingy girlfriend that wants to get married.

I'd highly recommend reading the books since they do a damn good job (at least for me) of unclogging the noggin when you want to write out a character idea; like 80% of all the best characters I've ever written were done so after I reread a couple chapters.

As for the shows? They're pretty good, they start diverging from the books in places but snap back into place once Dances with Dragons rolls around, and from there it's all speculation supplemented by Word of God (GRRM himself) telling the writers how the plot was going to happen.

People get so god damn buttmad whenever an enemy is an anti-paladin because it "stifles their roleplay" since anti-paladin kick the shit out of good characters. I've had multiple people tell me I'm ruining their agency because their character would go into melee against an evil character, but the anti-paladin will kill them if they do.

No, fucking own up to your character. If he is the type to run when faced with an enemy who is especially good at fighter you then do it, if he would stand and fight then face the consequences.

God damn.

My group runs with the core and planetouched races being fine, with others being a case-by-case basis.

Except for the Akashic vulturefolk/turtlefolk, our GM loves them and almost always accepts them. In fact, I'm currently playing a vulture wizard with a vulture familiar.

Not everything has a direct conversion to Pathfinder, like Gold Dwarves. I might let a player build a race based on the 3.0 FRCS.

The Shut-In. I remember now why I didn't do this before, as I had to find a picture of a single forehead horn that I actually liked to use as reference. Also a tail, because a tiefling without a prehensile tail is something I can't wrap my head around.

I'm making homebrewed races, however the players will be restricted on a location based basis, since technology is just Bronze Age levels, and most of the races don't even know the others exist yet.
This also extends to sub-races and Ethnicities, since unless its a metropolitan area you will only ever see up to 2 or 3 ethnicities at most.

Though if players make certain things happen, I plan on having the other races of the world eventually unfold to them game by game, and they will have the opportunity to play new ones as it progresses.

I just wish I was focused enough to finish making the setting, races, and ethnicities

Group's sunday game has come to an end. They're starting a new sunday game, which is interesting in concept.

10pb, 1st lvl NPC classes (with regular progression past that. Dunno if we'll get to retrain that first level atm.)

The PCs are apparently part of an effort to colonize a new continent after the destruction of the old world at the end of their last campaign.

Seems like it could be interesting. The GM is pretty good at set pieces from what I've played with him at the helm.

I finally got to actually go ahead and use it in real fights. We fought three Seugathi. I somehow managed to:
