Different cards are good in different formats.
It's all contingent on what the meta does or doesn't need.

And less than 10 planeswalker cards have been good.

It's not that bad, 4 mana for 3 cards is a 1 mana reduction, to spread the effect over 3 turns.
Vulnerable, but follows the usual 'control' gameplan of stabilizing and then refilling the hand.
