The Void Drinker, a god of the icy void between stars.

It is the driving force behind Expansion and is trying to force the universe towards complete heat death.

Sacrifices are made to it by throwing sentient creatures out of airlocks into the icy blackness of deep space.

His followers are a doomsday cult drawn from all species, they have fallen into despair and want the universe to end.

You could also give it many faces to represent the lifecycles of stars. Makes sense for it to be the God of Death as well, since, you know, black holes.

Not really worshiped, closer to a reaper figure than a real god. His duty is to resolve all paradoxes and time problems that arise from FTL, mostly by wiping out whoever did it and rewriting history so that they officially died years earlier.

The Dark Child a young and for now weak entity pulling the galaxies apart faster and faster.
