if enchantment-based removal is out of the question, then just burn and counters basically. spell pierce and negate are great at stopping LotV. you can also bounce them with cryptic if you didn't counter them.

for large amounts of problem non-creature permanents there are things like planar cleansing and saltblast.

Cheap counterspells you can cast at cmc 1-2 are generally good at answering Lili, provided that you don't get picked out by Thoughtseizes.

Celestial Purge can deal with lili and it hits enough problem cards for some decks to play it in the sb. I don't know well enough what Jeskai's matchups look like to tell you if it's playable in that deck though
