Why give your HS squads artificer on the sarge? If they get into CC, they're pretty much fucked as it is.

I feel like you may be lacking a little bit in fully dedicated anti-armour, and those contemptors are likely to get blown up on the way up the board. Maybe give one of the Heavy squads lascannons?

Maybe give the veterans in the second squad plasma instead of flamers? Just might be a bit more useful for sniping apothecaries and the like.
