Serious question though. If green is the color of acceptance and community, how could Nissa be a genocidal titty monster? That seems more like a White or at least Selesnya kind of thing. If the color pie isn't supposed to bend in terms of mechanics (not that it doesn't), why did Wizards let it bend in terms of philosophy? Or am I misunderstanding entirely?

Evil Tezz is only fringe playable: he's in the same category as Ashiok, Garruk Relentless, and Domri.

Jura is an optional 1-of in a few Modern sideboards: he's in the same category as 6 Mana Elspeth and 6 Mana Chandra.

And Ugin is just an inferior Karn.

Dack Fayden is a vintage giant, so-so in EDH.

Sorin Markov is brutal in EDH with high life totals, but weak in single player formats.

RW Nahiri is a modern monster, and only ok in other formats.

I can make the modern list now:

Lili of the Veil, Nahiri, Karn, and Ugin as playable.

Koth, Garruk Wildspeaker, Elspeth Knight and Champ as fringe.

I tried to rank them across all formats where they are legal. I recognize that Sorin is really dumb in EDH, but that's a gimmicky exploitation of his power. Outside of that one interaction, he's quite weak. That's the same reason Nahiri is lower than some other less played 'walkers - without a stupid bomb like Emrakul to cheat into play she becomes lackluster.

I'd move Koth down to Good tier, Dack down to high tier, Garruk Wildspeaker and Nahiri the Harbinger up to high tier, Sorin Markov and Nissa Vital Force up to OK tier, and Jace the Living Guildpact down to Tibalt tier. Other than those minor nitpicks, seems pretty accurate.
