It's pretty silly, Horus is likely to kill him in an actual game on the table top, and it takes longer than a standard match, but it's still mathematically possible.

Him killing most of the other Primarchs is actually viable though.

Space Marines are functionally immortal. Logan himself is 700 years old and he can take on anyone in his chapter two at a time. They don't get weaker with age so there's no "prime" to speak of. The Blood Angels just stay youthful instead of having grey hair and wrinkles like other space marines.
Dante's special not because he lived that long, any space marine can live that long. He's special because he SURVIVED that long.

Most Space Marines are given a life span of two to three times a regular human. Some exceptions can live for longer, and Blood Angels are noted for it specifically.
