It involved a Deer-Centaur Ranger who'd been previously polymorphed into a Buck by a dick ass fey while his mate had been polymorphed into a Doe.
And while his rescuer had managed to turn him back, his mate had lost her mind and basically was for all intents and purposes now a deer.
So his goal was to visit the places they'd been together in life while serving his savior and remind her what she really was.

Things were a mix of the Notebook and pair of rampaging deer fucking shit up across the forest lands.
