is your DM some kind of monster?

Impossible is impossible OP.

If you're representing your stoicism through investing in heavy willpower saves, then it's your own fault. That's like expecting a character with low intelligence but who acts like a learned professor to have a bonus on science rolls.

Excuse me, left out a word, there. Meant to type "If you're NOT representing". How foolish of me. Well, I guess we all know what my Typing skill bonus is.

>Completely devoid of emotion
Not necessarily, stoicism is more of recognizing your emotions as a sort of natural reflex and disregarding them in the face of cold logic.

Well yes, you can build your character to have more willpower, but player acting bonuses have to count for something.
When I DM, I assign speech check bonuses or negatives depending on what the player character says for instance.
Or I give characters bonuses or negatives due to age, background, or personal experience
As a Stoic I am indifferent to your story about a phantasma.

Your character is flawed through insecurity if you can not accept a hearty kek, the truly learned reaction to such a story.
>>49629984
>Not rewarding your players for roleplay
>Not giving bonuses that sync with a character's personality traits
Shit DM detected
>>49629906
You're a stoic, not a blank. No bonuses for you
>>49629906
If it makes you rage, you have failed as a Stoic.
I read Greek Stoic as Greek Sonic
