Cyberpunk Sentai.

Corporations have discovered that the power of friendship is an unlimited clean energy source, and have built incredible megacities on the backs of children.

Super-powered friendship gangs roam the streets, summoning costumes and super-devices forged by pure willpower and emotion, developing their powers as they fight the "forces of corporate evil".

They know they are being hunted, but are unaware that they are being monitored for eventual "harvesting". Their capture and enslavement is a planned eventuality. Until, that is, the PCs get involved.

DOTA 2 boardgame.

Basically you control a hero along with four other players, then you proceed to beat the living hell out of your team that has 5 heroes as well.

Creep camps can be figures or cards, then you get gold for killing them.

Prices for the items are:
Boots = 5 gold
Potions at 1 gold
Ironwood branch at 1 gold as well

then the items are represented at the side of the hero figure in the form of small pogs with the corresponding pictures.

Distant future, robots fighting robots, trying to save what remains of the human race. Originally supposed to be a Mega Man X game, but spun off into its own setting so GMs can tell their own stories. Classless, various talent trees (gunner, fencer, hacker, defender, leader, a few others) that you can dip into and mix-and-match to build the character you want.

Still working on the fundamental resolution mechanic, but I want it to be more tactical and less about wearing down huge walls of hit points and more about getting that sweet quick kill by exploiting a weakness.

>>
A miniature wargame with multiple factions where each player has a deck of cards, they draw three at the start of their turn and discard all unused cards at the end. Cards are used to have units do specific things. A card can only be used on a unit of a specific race, so Goblin cards can only be used on Goblins, etc.

There is no limit on what unit scan be in your army, but there is a limit to deck size, so the more races you have in your army, the lower the chance of you being able to get a card that works with a unit thats in a good position to use it.

Basically a Homebrew Bingo winner- low magic, lots of core races intact "but they're MY elves" nonsense, slighty grittier survival ruleset.

I want to portray the feeling of being truly heroic in a harsh world that normally punishes taking risks over stable survival. The trend is for games to become a power fantasy with PCs being godlike and richer than kings- there's a place for that, but it's not the story I want to tell.

My game is set on an alien world several thousand years in the future, there's no true human race.

The player(s) are trapped in a demiplane like Castle Dracula. The main castle isn't too dangerous, but doors lead to randomly-generated dungeons. Everybody gets a demi-demiplanar bedroom only they and people they allow in (willingly, unwillingly, or unwittingly) can access. If you get killed, you wake up in your bedroom with 2 points of ability damage to a randomly-determined stat that clears the next time you have sex or complete a dungeon. (Or, you know, pay for a Lesser Restoration.)
There's a lot of laypeople stuck in the castle, and a fair few other adventurers.

I call it Castle Dungeonvania.

If there was more than one, prolly.

As it is, well... Some ladies (and "ladies") in the castle without temperament and/or skills to grab an axe and go beat heads down the dungeons make good trade charging adventurers 10-100 GP for a good lay...
Of course, the one player I have is playing a Bard with ridiculous charisma and is a heartthrobbingly adorable, submissive Drow girl, so she's got some of the castle girls literally dragging her off to screw her.

It's a pre-painted miniature skirmish game where 'upgrade' cards take the place of written lists: we sell a couple of miniatures in starter packs with a few upgrade cards, and then sell the rest in RANDOMIZED BOOSTER PACKS 1 figure and 5 cards per pack.

The game also has specific movement rules which require users to print their own battlemats. WE SELL THE PDF'S FOR THE BATTLEMATS ON THE WEBSITE FOR $7.99 EACH.

WE ALSO AGGRESSIVELY LITIGATE AGAINST HOMEBREWERS.

In order to guarantee sales we tie the game to a known and beloved IP which has lapsed or fallen into disuse: Lovecraft (Investigators), Warhammer (Inquisitor), Star Trek (Away Team). Once a successful IP has been acquired we can DOUBLE THE PRICES.

Slashers: the RPG.
You play as a campy 80s slasher. Character creation can place your origins from being supernatural all the way to just being some really pissed of guy. The game has a few seperate modes of play. The one shot mode where you just build a character up to mid levels and unleash them on a party of unsuspecting teens (other players) who try to survive tye night, and where you can only level up after each kill. The. There's a more standard RPG mode where you gain skill and attribute points via pre chosen stylized kills and other flashy shit. Basically, managing to successfully do spooky shit levels your character up from session to session and people take turns in a campaign playing as the monster and playing as a victim. The gm is a seperate person from the game. Victim players have sound tokens or something. Meaning, they can only say so much shit before being forced into another chase segment by the monster. The game relies heavily on timers and movement. GM's have HAVE to prepare dungeons with objects and pathways laid out. Players choose how they use movement points each turn to run away, hide, throw stuff at the monster etc. Except, while the players can choose where to run and where to hide, the monster has to rely on dice rolls whilst pursuing a fleeing target. So, a higher scent skill might give them an advantage on sniffing out a hiding person. I dont know, I only had thirty seconds.

Each gremlin get's a desire (maybe after the seven deadly sins, one is lusty and exhibitionistic, the other only craves eating sweets) acting according to their desire in a way that brings them problems will give them a chip thingy (no name yet) that they can use to reroll something.
Also each gremlin gets 4 skills/talents/ whatever that he is good at. When rolling these they use an extra die.
Maybe they get one or two weaknesses too, with a die less to roll, shit I dunno I'm just making this up on the spot.

Using the 4chan archipelago setting, and my system works a bit like this.
You have seven attributes
Strength
Endurance
Precision
Learning
Understanding
Autism
all of which operate on 0 to 10
d6 dice pool system, dice according to how high you stat is.
Each stat has corresponding skill fields, with the exception of autism, which will be elaborated on later. There is no direct attack option. The skills you have must be used in a way that you can solve the problem at hand.
Lets say you have 5 strength, which is above average. you must either use the skills lift to move the opponent, strike to hit him, grab to grapple and crush or lift to deal damage, etc.
However, Autism is you magic stat.
Everyone has autism, some have less some have more. your ability to cast a spell is reliant on this. If you learn a spell, (or meme) you may roll with a modifier based on autism to use it. This is the only non finite ability stat, but, it comes with a cost. there is a perils of the warp style effect if you roll a 1, or if you have 10 autism, 1 or 2.
Onto skills.
For each point in a stat you have, you gain a skill point that you may put into a skill to give your self a modifier. this modifier is added to your roll, and the table for sucess goes up to 100.

>How lawless can you get?
>And by lawless, do you also mean the laws of nature?
A little column A, little column B. As you go on, you're eventually hitting just homesteaders who are allegedly under the protection of nearby city-state-styled nations (the further you go, the less viable Eastward governments are) but who must protect themselves from bandits/warlords Magnificent Seven-style.

The further you go, the wackier things get. Leylines are stronger, spirits manifest and do harm more, and you're more like to discover crazier/larger animals, aberrations, ect.

>What kind of sky-choking excess is happening in the East
The East is getting to the degree that it's near steampunk. Sort of an art-deco paradise of big government, pinkertons, and city-slickers who are fed more and more imagery of their endless resource empires.

I based the East around our real USA just so I could rely on actual Western tropes like the Civil War, the Natives, things like that. The players and I just sort of have a standing agreement that from a technology perspective, I'm having things either develop slower the further you go West (partially to keep that Wild West feel--a lot of people adopt an "if it ain't broke, don't fix it," mentailty, though I have introduced some technological advances that they would have absolutely and unarguably picked up on, like medicine, for example) or develop in a different, alternate history steampunk/dieselpunk sort of way in the East; which the players are unlikely to see until the plot demands or they play characters that aim to get there.

To the South-East, Mexico just keeps expanding to new lands that are as dry and arid and dangerous as you can think of. Many beef-kings make their livelihood here. The Great Plains actually hit a point going West-by-Southwest where they expand past California, overtake Oregon as well, and never really stop. The Pacific-Northwest continues North-Westward, with some discovered lakes the size of oceans.

similiar setting Idea I had, WWI but with fantasy races.
Especially dwarves.
Dwarf dig faster and only half as deep and if enemies capture their trenches they won't have any use for them.

Orkish gas attacks are as mean as you'd imagine them to be.

Due to dense and oxygen rich air, surface of the world is mostly covered in jungles and populated with giant horrifying creatures, thus it's almost impossible to establish any settlements. However, there is a network of interconnected flying cities of unknown origin in upper atmosphere and, while still functioning security systems prevent humans from exploring interiors, colonies attached to outer hulls work just fine, growing food in greenhouses and sending miner parties under heavy guard to the surface. Although, there are rumors about colonies entirely wiped out by suddenly activated security droids.
Flying cities generate some sort of psychic field, allowing humans to slightly manipulate metal with their minds. As a result of improved metallurgy and thanks to dense atmosphere, primitive heavier than air aircraft was developed rather early, so by the time society reached Wild West period light planes are common and plenty. Pilots are styled after cowboys, only with airplanes instead of horses, and earn their living mostly by delivering small packages and post.
However, trade between cities occurs mostly by heavy cargo trains traveling along network links, as mining is hard and plane fuel is expensive. Thus train companies have a lot of power and can threaten city governments with embargo. Lately they have been enforcing harsher laws against aircraft users, attempting to gain total monopoly over transportation. Players, being a group of pilots, are expected to resist corporations via political intrigue, blackmail, bribes, air attacks on trains and occasional dogfights. In combat characters may attempt to use their knowledge of mechanics to disable enemy plane or weapon with metal manipulation.

An endless, dark plain in a wasteland of synthetic soil and dead plant matter. The flora has vestigial eyes and pale skin, a shell of its former beauty. An emergency sun fueled by rudimentary chemical reactions hangs in the sky, and gargantuan fans in the distance provide artificial breezes.

Tanks of fertilizers and nutrients below the
ground have erupted, allowing their contents to be used by a rapidly spreading carpet of fungus. The residents of this mega-ship have migrated to the bio-dome to escape from the claustrophobic horrors of the spaceship's metal corridors. Outside is a star-less void, and the veil has been thinned by those seeking salvation by selling their souls to darker powers. Once, a congregation of cultists transplanted their souls into the carpet of fungus, giving it a glimmer of malicious cunning.

Several cathedrals and cities dot this wasteland, but they are few, and new horrors are being bred every century. It is a gaslit neo-dark age of desperation and crude cybernetic augmentation.

I thought of it right now, as an idea for a skirmish miniature game centered around constructing a warband

Several hundred years after an occult fueled apocalypse North America has finally become livable once more. Settlers from mainland china live in city states along the west coast, in constant conflict with the barbaric tribes to the south and their rattling smoke belching motored vehicles. Dotting the landscape is pieces more valuable than gold. Rubber, chemicals, perhaps even preserved documents on how to make them lie buried beneath the landscape. The California coast has become hostile, and in recent time the city states unstable after breaking away from control of the Imperial Dynasty. With beasts twisted by strange energies, black oil barbarians, and greedy abhumans abounding how can one make their fortune in this new land?

In summary, chinafornia.

And here is a tone setting paragraph:

What you can find in New Taipei is a street with building constructed from concrete harvested from the old city. Shanty houses with the bustle of a market filled with an assortment of nobled mutated vegetables and old technology (rubbers and plastics) scrounged up. In the distance the bang of a tank barrel firing, the Governor of New Taipei's own personal tank he had artisan crafted from ancient documents, his pride and joy. In front of you a Xingxing, sitting on a chunk of concrete, turns a crank. The crank connected to a heat lamp warming the side of a large aquarium inside of which is dirt. The Quillpers love the heat so they make their burrows against the side of the cage. You go up and tell him you're hungry and get to choose your quilter, he reaches into a whole and pulls it out, the little beast screaming so shrilly it almost sounds like a child before he tosses it in a enormous vat of boiling reclaimed oil from the sludge mire. Minutes later you're enjoying a whole hot fried quilper on your way towards your workplace excavating the ruins of an old subway.

Based on the Aeneid , the PC's would help a mage/a PC would lead the civilian out of Coalition lines and out west at the behest of a mournful King Creed during the Final Siege , carrying a artifact (Sword of Tolkeen?) and re-found the magical kingdom somewhere in the New West.

Magical Realms: The RPG

The players are adventurers/mercenaries/random townies who have to venture out from the safety of their town to hunt for loot in dungeons full of fetish-fuel of the week monsters. Side effects of exposure to said monsters might include becoming a monster themselves if they aren't careful.

Games uses several different die, from d2s up to d12s, for performing complex actions, and the GM rolls against them.

The game is meant to be fairly rules light, and the sexual content played for laughs.
