What US cities have good /tg/ scenes?
I'm currently looking to switch jobs and move out of my dinky little college town, but I'd hate to move somewhere that has zero people to play with.
Major cities of each state.

Silly anon.
Nobody here actually plays tabletop games.
I assume Seattle does. I don't really do any /tg/ stuff outside my group, but a fair amount of the relevant companies are here

Baltimore, MD does is if you don't mind the city's other flaws
Indianapolis

I get rpgs in fairly regularly, but I haven't played any wargames in a while. Hasn't stopped me from buying more and more plastic dudes.

I'm assuming Gencon has something to do with it?

Not really, Miami has only one LGS left and its mainly just card games.

I thought New York was supposed to be a shitty place for /tg/ games?

You're right.
The major game stores are dedicated mostly to Magic and Yugioh. I haven't found a store for anything else.
T. New Yorker starved for a campaign.

I hear the whole city is playing a long term modern LARP based on "The Wire".

There's a pretty good one around Pittsburgh. Two game stores within a few blocks of each other have yet to run one or the other out of business.
