Tyranids are more NPC than orks. At least orks can have character, Nids are LITERALLY an ENTIRE RACE of expendable mooks. Even the swarmlord's expendable as fuck

if an ork is fed a steady diet of marines, and take their WAAAARGHH!!! suplements, they eventually turn into a warboss, a being who can smash tanks to pieces

remember, being a warboss is a big responsibility and you must lead a proper WAAARGHH!!!
