Any tips?

Don't.
If you absolutely have to, don't call it /tg/.
What level school? Middle, High, or College? Are you a student or a faculty member? American? All of these have relevance.
i think its translated high school

Right, what's the Traditional Games scene look like in Poland? Is there any community, or are you trying to make one on your own?

call it game club, which will draw people thinking that it is about vidya there. the people who come back are the ones that are actually interested in board game, unless you are thinking about doing PnP which should not be attempted with randos unles you are king at teaching and are a god DM

Gymnasium is like high-school meets undergrad. If you know the Germanic equivalent I can Americanise it for you.
