I think there's a lot of potential for the room type section, more suggestions for style and furniture.

anyways, my build:

Room type: A European manor or chateau from the outside, but a cozy traditional japanese style bedroom, a ottoman style lounge with infinite cushions and carpet, and a roman style bathhouse.
And also lots of gardens, forests and maybe have the whole thing on a floating rock?

A special travel card that, when used to get on a train or bus, would cause everyone else to leave at the next station, and then travel through a magical tunnel to the chill zone. when leaving the chill zone, it can take me to anywhere that has a bus or train station.
I think the chill zone would be more chill if I have to take my time getting there.

Does anyone have the CYOA where a necromancer sent you away to another world (Earth), and a friend finally found you after searching for years.
You then choose what you were like during school which gives you a mix of Charisma/Companion points and Power point.
You could for example be a social butterfly with 20 charisma points and 0 power points, or an isolated prodigy with 0 charisma and 20 power points.

Enhanced Wisdom - The ability to possess incredible wisdom.

To compensate for lack of range, I was thinking that this stand could use projectile weapons which rely on strength. Things like throwing stones, using javelins, bows and arrows, slings, etc. With enhanced wisdom, extreme strength and precision, it could be the most lethal fucker at range despite the operating range being low. Its speed is shitty though, so it won't be as good in a close range punch up.

My Chill Zone is a beautiful mountainous island surrounded by beach. The house itself is a luxurious modern beach house set up on a cliff just above the beach, with several wide decks along the back overlooking the ocean. The bottom floor would have a garage leading to my track, as well as a large space, opening onto a back deck, with a stage and a bar for hosting parties. There would be a staircase in the back leading up to the second and third stories, where the actual living space would be - several cozy bedrooms decorated in different styles, a library, a home theater, several rooms just for storing clothes and costumes for myself and my guests. Almost a third of the second story would be taken up by a large, ornate bathhouse, all white marble and silver and gold, which would open up into a pool and hottubs on the back deck. The third floor would also have a... private "club"-like space, for certain kinds of parties...

I give myself the power back in time around the time I turned 18 and went to college. With all this stuff, plus the ability to bring things like Cars and Food out into the real world, and the fact that anyone I tell about it will be cool with it, means that I can go through my college years much more confident, make more friends, and help out the friends I would have made anyway more with their own lives... plus I'd get to live those years in the kind of body I'd prefer...

Look to combine existing cyoas, maybe. 'Power Armor' for the weapon designs and 'Battlemage' for the weapons and companions. Have each origin give you points for the three categories. Noble types like Weiss get bonus points for their semblance / magic, Hero types like Yang get bonus weapon / combat points, Leader types like Ruby get bonus companion stuff. Add traits too, to let the player manipulate their origin's point pool a bit.

Go in the pokemon world, mystery dungeon, or what? Because I assume that you're in the "normal" world without the Hoopa card. So theoretically if you decide to take on the cards like mew, ditto, wigglituff, and whatnot, it makes you pretty weird , and potentially awkward.
On the other hand, if one listens to the pokemon world fluff, the pokemon world is absolutely terrifying. I love pokemon, but damn you, fluff. Too many soul-eaters around the place and destinies worse than death.

My line of reasoning though was that that the Corruption perk would hold negative effects for anything that would come into contact with a Phylactery, which in this case would be a single specimen of bacteria. The bacteria itself could conceivably become corrupted as well, and thus replicate into various harmful diseases. Without the soul, of course.

The two races in my domain are the sidhe and the pixies, though they refer to themselves as belonging to a single race, which they call the fey. The sidhe, including myself, are humanoids of average size, and the pixies are humanoids of tiny size. The sidhe are all about human-sized, while the pixies vary in size from the smallest to the largest size available under the Tiny size bracket. Oh, and as outsiders may often be disturbed by, all fey are female.

Oh, and we bring three quarters of the elites and mooks too. The assassin and chosen lieutenants, commanding the other quarter of the elites and mooks, are left at home as defenders.

For the Quest quest we have to keep a low profile, so it's just me and my personal guards, plus the pixie chosen lieutenant with a few pixie sorcerers and pixie agents under her command. That should be a potent force while still being almost undetectable.

Whispers. This'll only trigger after all the other complications because there's no way I could handle everyone all at once.

The boons would go to Corruption for the psionic power and Personal Guards. Guardian's Chosen aspect is getting replaced with Oracle.

My other four lieutenants will be:

Thus I have three warlords, one arch-mage, two oracle-power users and a witch. Seems overall balanced with a slight tint towards the military aspect.

No Asssasins are getting past these oracles, though let's just get that shit clear.

Just fixed up some wording to make things more clear, changed some text coloration to make things more consistent, and expanded the essentials pack to include furniture (just to justify the different styles of aesthetic you can choose, and I didn't really think "furniture" was a very good option to have to choose specifically). Also includes now a full kitchen (since I'm not adding a /ck/ option)
