Post someone (real or fictional) who has maxed out a stat/skill/ability. I'll start.

Charisma.
>>

How exactly did you come to this conclusion? Being cool under pressure doesn't translate to charisma.

Shit tier luck though.

Spike never struck me as a very charismatic character. He's stoic and composed, but he's also kind of an antisocial dude who has no idea how to deal with people. If anything, he's a hyper-optimized combat build with maxed Martial Arts skill.

Classic-Lara-Croft-Feature.jpg
47KB, 640x280px
No, this is maxed out strength.

A single square in Tomb Raider is roughly 2 meters by 2 meters. A 2m cube would be 8,000,000 cm3. Conveniently, Tomb Raider features large cubes of solid stone which are dragged around by Lara with some effort.

2.75 g/cm3 is the density of granite, if we multiply this by 8 million we get 22,000,000 grams, or 22 metric tons. Converted into old money, this is 48,501lbs. This divided by 5 is 9700lbs.

In 3rd edition D&D, you can drag a weight that is 5 times your maximum capacity. A maximum capacity of at least 9700 requires a strength of 44.

This means that Lara Croft in the original Tomb Raider has a strength score of at least 44. This makes her as strong as a mercury golem from Immortals Handbook Bestiary.
>>
>>49145940
Literally impossible for max strength. She's a woman so that's already a -4 to str which means the most she could hope for is -4 from max str. However, she does have a considerable boost to chr.
>>
>>49145973
That explains why nobody gives her grief for stealing priceless treasure, kicking the shit out of London security guards, killing bigfoot, re-extincting the dinosaurs, smuggling firearms into various countries, slaughtering indigenous peoples, and BLOWING UP ATLANTIS.
>>
>>49145973
"-4 STR LOL" was never a real rule, you know ?
>>
>>49145997

Long and short of it: Collagen
If you constantly support it the skin and ligaments won't shore up their thickness and collagen levels and the collagen won't be used to the stretching of gravity.
Muscles play a secondary roll as some internal ligaments in the breasts anchor to them and those other muscles rely on each other. Them getting used to the weight works them out and strengthens them up.
Sports bra's are still recommended for hard physical activities such as running and the like where excessive movement will take place.

Its because people rarely has seen RL high Charisma.
You look at them, and you instantly start to trust them. If you are resistant to influence, you start to trust them as soon as they start to talk or behave.
Good examples are people who build small cults of the opposite gender, or people like O. J. Simpson. The kind of people who will influence people even if they are not directly talking to somebody.

I get that comic writers want to show raw intimidation, but the speech bubbles ruins it.
The first speech bubble is sorta fine, but the rest could be replace by art of the eyes and some sort of smile gesture.

>>
>>49148027
Well more because you have 2 18's and a 20 all 3 related to mental capacity and one to physicsl attractiveness and 18 is the HIGHEST value you can find in humans outside of literal one of a kind once in multiple generations type of person that gets remembered about. Adolf had 17-18 Cha for example more or less.

One of my cousins can just turn that off and on at will.

It's genuinely unnerving. He goes from "normal guy" to "so charismatic people he's just met buy him drinks and hang off every word he says". He got terrible grades in college but just cruises through life getting promotions, raises and better job offers from competitors every few months. He's always dating solid 9/10s and 10/10s despite not being any better looking than the rest of the family. And its hard to be upset at him because he's so likable.

If I hadn't met him I wouldn't think it was a real thing.
>>

Nowhere near as good as that but apparently i do that too. Apparently its like 90% body language. I don't even know it when it happens. Odd bit is once i actually get past my social anxiety with you in particular it just up and disappears.

He's not a sociopath or anything, if that's what you're asking. His job is kinda morally questionable - he's a corporate lobbyist - but apart from that probably the only bad thing he does is go through girlfriends pretty rapidly. going by his facebook page he's got some new supermodel on his dick every couple months.

It's a bit more relevant in Nikolai Dante than usual.

The Markarov family are in charge, and they're baseline human.
The Romanovs go against them, and they (mostly) all have access to extra-dimensional alien nano-tech weapons crests.

Additional families and factions in the series include uplifted animals (they rule Africa), gene-engineered midgets (the Chinese), Vampires, Aliens, at least one old-fashioned Super Soldier (Black Captain America, running the anti-Russian resistance), Giant (and average sized) Amazon warriors, and Bearded Women.

Vlad being Baseline Human is a small factor in him being badass.
>>
>>49148631
Autism doesn't render you immune to charisma, it just makes you resistant.
Full on autism means you are nonfunctional in communication.
Less than that? You react to something, you communicate on some human level. Which do make the psuedo autist fully affected by charisma, if the charismatic interact in a way that hits the triggers.

>His con is abhorrent
Vash takes a tremendous beating through the series. He gets dragged around by a horse at full gallop and comes out of it with some bruising.

His CHA scores are also through the roof. He straight up talks several villains into being temporary good guys. I think the only times he can't talk his way out of a situation are when he's dealing with Knives and his cronies.
>>
>>49154129
He also talks himself into trouble and chicks instantly think he's a weirdo.
his con is shit cause his species naturally heals themselves of wounds. He can't heal a scratch or bullet wound let alone his arm so the one NORMAL ability his kind has that represents good health he doesn't have and his brother even mentions how shit that is then blows his arm off.
His WIS is shit cause he'll routinely think shit will ALWAYS go a good way if he just talks it out then a whole town or 5 gets whiped off the map or the moon has a new hole or he has to commit murder then cry cause murder shouldn't happen on a planet where murder means survival 9 times out of 10.
He's also lost an actual contest of strength against several above average strengthers.
His ONLY attribute he has going is DEX which is why at the very end he chooses to not fight his bro like god but as a gunslinger and the openly admits thats ALL he's good at. He even gives up his immortality for it.
>>
>>49154434
Oh. And theres only 2-bit or "normie" criminals he talks down and sometimes not even then. The few he does manage to talk down he actively has to thwart until they got the hint. I think the only actual threat he effectively talked his way out of was cyclops and that was after a battle, self injury, and tit grope. All others required physical disarming and in one case suicide/homicide AFTER people got hurt.
>>
>>49154480
Come to think of it only the hostage gang and the movie villian he actively talks down without undue harm to civilians and in both cases them come back and shoot up the place.

>STR 12
despite being the lowest stat here it is oddly the least believable
>CON 14
Considering what the modern neckbeard eats, I'd allow it
>DEX 15
Haha! Nope.
>INT 18
I would buy this one if only because Rain Man has INT 18
>WIS 20
This post is evidence to the contrary
>CHA 18
Well if you're using all your charisma to look like a preening cunt you're spot on. Otherwise I'd say it's closer to a 6

Is it just me or is Tuco completely impossible to stat?

He's a deadeye shot but also a complete coward.

he takes beatings like they're lunch but begs like a dog when there's something he wants.

he's perpetually one step behind the other main characters in the story, blundering into every trap set for him but also smart enough to send a hit team as a diversion while sneaking up on his enemy from behind (who only escapes by sheer luck)
