I'm not sure why you need NPCs with all those fucking stats and shit when the PCs are rarely going to be made aware of any of it unless you're 90% sure you're going to have them as a combat encounter.

When I GM, since I memorized most of the class abilities (like any good GM should over time) I really enjoy fucking with my players by having the generic people they come across and deal with suddenly busting out skills and abilities that make them shit themselves.
Its really great when they recognize them as one of their own class, and start eyeing their abilities (usually different choices from my players) to kind of see in action what they could or could not pick up. Its the absolute best when they didn't think about the background of who they were dealing with too.
...One day I swear I am going to somehow fit maid ninjas into a campaign. I will find a way.
