The things he's offering in the jump under the Graces name are Wyld Artifact, these are made by forging a Graces (not necessarily your own) into an Artifact. Like a magical beast, and oath you can swear to gain benefits, a type of physical Wyld spell, Chancels (which are little pocket dimensions of Wyld/Chaos), or a Treasure (basically normal Artifacts).

Sort of, the refill for mana, Piero's Spiritual Remedy, is noted to "revitalize the mind", and there's something stated somewhere about how it's a more subtle thing affecting the spirit, as where Piero refers to Sokolov's Elixir, the healing stuff, being a more primitive and brutish thing that just affects the body.

Then everything in game that refers to mana is a gameplay mechanic, no one in setting ever says anything about mana. So I guess the jumpmaker went with it being a gameplay abstraction.

The only exception is if someone, like an Exalted, uses charms or another effect to permanently induce emotions in a Raskha. They're weak to creation, so if somebody makes them feel something like that, they well and truly do in a way they're not supposed to be capable of and that they can't stop.

She's a Twilight isn't she? Have her learn how to treat Crippling injuries. That's essentially what it is. Wholeness-Restoring Meditation does that and is an Essence 3 Charm, so she can learn it with her cap and it only has a single Prerequisite.

It requires some skill in Medicine, but not more than a good Bronze Age doctor, and Solars learn /fast/ if they want to.

She probably won't be able to immediately, but she should be able to learn it pretty soon

As in, what sort of powers are we likely to get from those and what level are those powers likely to be? Also, would picking the Red King make you a red court vamp or something weird and different?

She's a tomboy who's part of Ichigo and Orihime's friend circle at the start of the series. XMEN is more traditional super speed. The feats that QS does seem more on local time manipulation. As shown in the second movie where when he's not in the area the explosion advances a bit.

Other than that he goes fast enough to run on walls and stuff.

Arrowverse is based on CW's Flash, it too wouldn't really be considered super speed but time dilation. Thanks to the Speedforce it can defy physics and do crazy shit. Also they can vibrate their own molecular structure and pass through solid objects if they know the right "frequency". Also there seems to be regeneration, but not Wolverine levels. Barry had his spine broken and was in a wheelchair for a week. Then there's Electrokinesis which happens when a speedster runs. If you generate enough you can throw lightning bolts.

Lastly which you can't do outside of DC Jumps which is time travel. This can be a long jaunt or short hop. You can even bring past you's from a different timeline.

Basically you do crazy shit besides run fast.

I want all custom charms banned. It doesn't matter that there are examples to compare to, there are +6 charms to point at in other exalts, those don't matter.

The point is that you banned then because you wanted to prevent people from making +6 charms with so much ambiguity of the capabilities, and that quality of ambiguity holds true for custom charms of all essence levels.

You might have examples to compare to for essence 5, but if you come up with a charm for that level then you could easily wank it to fit anywhere within a massive range that extends well into and seemingly above the area reserved for +6. Why even bother blocking them off if you're going to allow people the luxury of making up charms the equals and greater of +6 charms on essence 5?

Ban them. Ban all custom charms at all if you actually legitimately want to fix this issue.
