Have any of you ever been in an actual ERP game?
Not 'PC hooked up with someone, fade to black' or 'then these two guys' characters started ERPing during the game' or 'we've been doing ERP over notes outside the game'

An actual game where, along with social and combat segments, there are dedicated segments with the intention and understanding that it's to make something to get off to.

What issues might come up from running such a thing? If we're all in it to get off, I'd imagine that announcing you've orgasmed wouldn't be out of line, and with fetishes/kinks you'd probably have to lay them out in the front and then the others would say which ones they're cool with.

Your thoughts?
>>
One-on-one games with anime portraits ALWAYS turn into ERP, don't they?

I ran a Firefly game with four femanon players. Two were playing male characters (a companion and the ship's steward/reader) who developed a relationship about halfway into the campaign. They enjoyed it so much they would get together online and write out romantic encounters...in considerable porntastic detail...which the other two players read with delight.

They would stop just short of explicit at the table, but all four would titter about the upcoming written porn and giggle while I was facepalming and shaking my head.
>>
>>48784632
And you never got held down and fucked senseless at the table. You poor, poor anon.

>>48784680
Maybe anon's a femanon, too.
For some reason though when I play as a lady my want for homolust gets amped up.

and not only do they have to be actual girls, they can't be involved in a relationship.

Well, I was boinking one of the femanons at the time...but never at the table.

I did participate in some of the "away from the table" writing with all four, though. Interstingly, I'm pretty sure one of the two playing male characters is asexual in her personal life.

I've GM'd a one on one hypnosis/mind control themed ERP game with Pathfinder rules once. There was no actual sex, but plenty of Bad Ends with the character getting mindraped or brain fucked.

Was interesting enough, and I mostly used it to practice for non-lewd campaigns as it was my first time GMing anything.

Eh, it is reasonable to think anon might not be a pile of bovine excreta, some dudes aren't comfortable with the idea of having simulated sex acts with another dude, and he may feel more awkward if the other half was in a relationship, what is and is not "cheating" is an extremely personal thing, some people just can't bring themselves to be a literal cuck (or is the term in this case cucker?)

Three campaigns over the course of five years. After we broke up, I bowed out of game as it was too awkward. The femanons never found a new GM and the gaming group broke up. Now they do online freeform rp and I have a new group.

Lesson learned, don't date your players.

that doesn't make any sense at all tho

but you have what appears to be a human with an ear canal that leads through to their brain and out the other end with no visible blood or tearing
>>
I've played and run a few online ERP games that mixed standard RP stuff with ero shenanigans.

I was in an Exalted game where our Solar's Glorious Majestic Scepter was key to our fledgling nations diplomacy, if you know what I mean, although sadly it died quickly.

I'm currently running an ERP in Legends of the Wulin in a somewhat ero-shonen animeish setting, where huge epic battles followed by makeouts, sexy or shenanigans are common.

I'm also playing in a 4e ERP kingdom builder game where I'm playing a trap maid fae warlock to a trio of kinky princesses, which I very much enjoy.
>>
>>48785883
Okay, cool. Are you or the players detailing the sex scenes? Is it in front of everyone? Any fetishes involved, or is it overall vanilla stuff? Is there feedback from the players regarding the erotica?
>>
>>48784946
Details on noteworthy bad ends?
>>
>>48786348

Everyone is involved in the sex scenes. Not all the time. Sometimes a main setting situation will turn sexy, other times people will pair off or ask for side sessions with NPC's to get up to various things. Fetishes are involved, before the game the whole group opened up about their likes and dislikes, to ensure everyone had something to enjoy but nobody was being forced to participate in something they actively disliked. Players offer plenty of feedback to me and each other, saying what they liked or disliked about various scenes and often coming up with ideas for future ones.
>>
>>48786393
Just a few.

>Became a water spirit's mindslave
>Addicted to drugs and dominated (physically) by a vampire
>Possessed by a catlike demon
>Had intelligence reduced via Yellow Musk Creeper's Int damage tendrils
>Drawn into the woods by a corrupted Dryad

They mostly ended before the sex part and left it implied once the brainwashing finished.
>>
Here is how I ERP:

I am Forever GM. Met a girl in college who is even more into world-building and TTRPGs than I am. Date her for 5 years, get married. Run one-on-one games for her. Lots of sexy NPCs in her party. Have to stop the dice rolling to have canonical sex between her character and various NPCs.
>>
>>48783346
>'we've been doing ERP over notes outside the game'
This is the only way to do it.
Play game. Lewd situations and contextualized characters.
Lewd between sessions, sans rules. Nobody wants to roll dice to thumb dat clit so hard bruh.
>>
>>48784417
with some really creepy contortionism as the porny subject matter.
>>
>>48786891

Ero-GM here. I occasionally roll dice in the leadup to a sexy situation (avoid capture by tentacles, seduction, etc), but in the actual sex scene I agree, mechanics aren't necessary.

The only things I do sometimes roll are random tables. A few players in my groups are into transformation and so on, so sometimes rolling a random mutation/race/gender/outfit/whatever throws a fun twist on a certain scene.

In the 4e game I'm playing in, our Avenger got fucked so hard she turned into a googirl.

>Have any of you ever been in an actual ERP game?
Sure. Plenty of times.

>What issues might come up from running such a thing?
Sexuality tends to be a rather private affair, and people are very sensitive about boundaries and libel to squick out if the tone or content of the game conflicts with their own personal tastes. A good sense of discretion and proper etiquette are very important, since it's such a touchy subject. But beyond that, things can vary widely depending on the people involved and the way the game is played.

>If we're all in it to get off, I'd imagine that announcing you've orgasmed wouldn't be out of line
I can only speak for myself, but I'm not looking for a sexting scenario. You shouldn't be getting off in the moment; you should be focusing on role-playing and creating good fap material to jerk off to later on.

I used to ERP a lot on something called RPC, some old chat room with anime-ish
Characters. I Made a few characters, but my "main" became known in the community for a while as one of the few people who would RP outside of ERP and the admin even was sorta buddy-buddy with me too. But ERP takes time and as my actual Table games got steam ERP fell to the wayside. Plus demographics changed, characters got more niche, and the admin was starting to act a little creepy. All that, plus I started getting dates in college, I sorta fell off the bandwagon there. Now I only occasionally ERP with my fiancee(she really likes my BBEGs, which creates it's own issues) but someday I'd like to get back into it.

Shorter version: I stopped because there were WAY too many Futa characters for me on the chat I used and I ran out of free time.

One issue is the folks who think sex is funny and don't take shit seriously. Fuck those people.
>>
>>48791633

I actually find an element of humour is necessary in the ERP games I play and run. It takes some of the tension out of it and lightens the atmosphere, and you can still have plenty of fun sexy goings on while retaining the freedom to have a chuckle about it.
>>
>>48791641
>it... lightens the atmosphere
Why would you ever do that?

>while retaining the freedom to have a chuckle about it.
Nope. Can't stand that. I mean, there could be funny situations that arise from being caught with your pants down and so forth, but nobody has the skill to pull those off, and that's never what it is anyway. It's always puerile sex jokes and "look at how silly I am". Literally worse than Hitler, figuratively speaking.
>>
>>48783346

Several. And I've got over a decade of experience in freeform, too.

All ERP games end in drama or boredom.

And the #1 killer of tabletop ERP games are two things:

People discovering that the female characters are played by guys.

and also:

Players losing immediate interest as soon as they've nutted

I would honestly be up for an ERP (online and non-voice obviously), but I don't even know where to start - and for how long I could keep an interest.

I'd also imagine a problem is finding the fine line of enough kinks to keep it going, without passing into something that other's find uncomfortable. And a increased risk of people seeing the game as a personal power fantasy (rather than a communal one).

I don't understand the appeal of ERP. I understand the appeal of women in fantasy: whether you like a traditionally feminine and petite princess, a muscular Amazonian that can leglock you and force you to cum deep into her womb, or even a plain and modest peasant girl, fantasy girls are always superior to boring, selfish and often virtueless women of our reality. What I don't understand is why you'd want to fuck your perfect waifu in the presence of another guy.

>But what if it's a girl?
1. Just fuck already
2. Why would a woman want you to imagine a woman in every way better to herself, only to downgrade to her pitiful self after the foreplay is over? There's a women why women hate other women that are more attractive.
>>
>>48793894
Damn, what did they feed that fairy with?
>>
>>48793999
As opposed to the boring, selfish, and often virtueless men in our reality?
It's not like you're fucking the dude on the other side of the internet, it would be closer to writing erotic fiction with the help of another author.
>there's a woman why women hate other women that are more attractive (sic)
For the same reason that guys feel inadequate in the face of men who have burgeoning muscles and fuck a new woman every week.
Because it puts them up to be measured and they're insecure about themselves.
>So why?
Because dudes are willing to put aside the fact that a dude took the picture/drew the image/wrote the story to get off.
It's really that simple.
>>
>>48793999
because women like to pretend they are red sonja as much as men like to pretend they are conan

The hobby has come a long way since D&D 1st edition over 40 years ago, the folk amongst the early adopters who ha social skill likely bore children, while the grognards that had none where less likely to, meaning the new generations slowly became more socially aware, the may even be people on this board who have a grandparent who played early /tg/ games when they were new.

Yes, my current campaign is one, it's actually been extremely fun, the DM is new though and sometimes combat encounters are a harder/easier then planned, but it's never to an unsalvageable degree

>If we're all in it to get off, I'd imagine that announcing you've orgasmed wouldn't be out of line,
Actually that's never come up and to be honest, I think would be rather immersion breaking, I wouldn't be cool with that to tell the truth

>and with fetishes/kinks you'd probably have to lay them out in the front and then the others would say which ones they're cool with.
Yes, this is a BIG thing with ERPGs, make a list of common fetishes the group wants to see and more important with a list that people DON'T want to see, nothing will run the fun like someone going full magical realm on the rest of the group and turning everyone off

How freeform or rules-oriented are your games? How rapey vs. clean, wholesome fun are they? Do you play much of a role in player vs. player stuff, or do you just sit back and let them do their thing? Have you ever had people get uncomfortable with the subject matter or approach of the game? Has there ever been a significant conflict or argument between your players, and if so, what was it about? What was the biggest mistake or failure of the game? What was the best thing that happened, or the greatest success?

My games use a system to solve everything the system covers, so not sex, but everything else is done as the book tells to. Of course I house rule sometimes, but, expect the same adherence to mechanics as your average D&D/Pathfinder/GURPs game.

Surprisingly, not very rapey. Only two out of 5 players are into that. It can happen sometimes with the others, provided they feel into it in the moment. It's common that, if a TPK happen, instead of dead they are captured and those willing end up being raped. Sometimes, but seldomly, enemies use sex as a weapon, like dazzling aphrodisiacs, but that's a vast minority. Hasnt happened more than six times in four years. Usually combat is very well separated from sex parts.

Since I run the NPCs, i get more action than most players, but they do get action between themselves a lot too. When something doesnt involve all of them, though, we usually dont use a lot of time with details, we dont fade to black, but we brush over. In moments where something is public though, or involving all the party, we run it in details.

Yes, that has happened. They told it to me in private a couple times they weren't comfortable with the situation or where it was heading. One of the times I failed to stir it off the course quick enough and the player was a bit upset for a while but we talked and solved things. The second time I handled it better, and quickly removed the issue bits (player wasnt entirely comfortable with losing 'all' control of the action, so instead of fully tied, his legs were freed, for example. That alone was enough to make him much more comfortable.)

Yes. Conflict happened often. Jealousy is a thing in this sort of game, though it takes a very particular form. Specially for example, if a player digs a particular NPC/other player, but there are more than just that player interested. This can lead to some arguments and almost turned into serious infighting. But fortunately, that also resolved itself quickly.

Biggest failure...That's tough. But I reckon MY biggest failure as DM was to get too invested in a NPC+PC relationship that later was dropped because the PC felt a PC+PC relationship was more interesting. Indeed it was but I got so upset that I took me a long time to get my DM game back and the players really felt the lost of enthusiasm for the particular game that happened. Resolved after a while, but still, i feel bad about failing to separate stuff well.

Best thing...Well, the game was originally intended to be a silly sex charged game full of sexy shenanigans and completely absurd, like any hentai plot. But the setting and over arching plots where so interesting, the game evolved into a serious campaign where players were ivnested in the fate of the world and sometimes were so eager to the next chapter that they focused on that rather than the sex bits. Eventually sex was a occasional and fun treat rather than the focus. That felt as a great personal sucess as DM.

Because all the grunting and noises and slapping noises and sweating and occasional semi-retarded dirty talk is a fucking scream.

People have some strange ideas about sex.

It's not exactly a dignified act.
>>
>>48797631
>>48797201
You people are fucking monsters. Even a worthless sub deserves the joy of service. doms who only know hate and violence are the worst. After the beating you're supposed to reassure them they can be a good girl and things will get better, not trade their soul in/destroy it and commit the worst sin imaginable.

You break something to remake it, not to laugh as you waste and destroy something.
>>
>>48797984
People do it in private because those involved do not think it's hilarious. The whole concept behind eroticism is like...Having the guts to open yourself to someone about kink/weird stuff you like, and having that being accepted and enjoyed without being made into mockery.

also sometimes we laugh stuff not because it's funny, but because we are afraid to exposed how we really feel about it, and mocking is a very safe position to take on everything. Sex is not hilarious. It's not dignified, depending how you wanna use that word. But it's not supposed to be. It's supposed to be personal and intimate.

>>
>>48798070

The three princesses are a mixed bunch. We have a dommy elf Artificer who enjoys teasing and messing with people with a variety of transformative potions, but she has a good heart and is a legit genius.

Then we have our Battlemind de facto ruler, a strong willed and self confident sort who carries the burdens of rule like a champ... And lets off tension by joining our artificer in teasing and fooling around with her foxgirl girlfriend/wife (Marriage incoming).

Finally there's our Avenger, the daughter of a divine dynasty who, as mentioned before, was fucked into being a Googirl at one point and is adapting very well to the odd state of existence.

I've had someone use his ERP characters in my game. That wouldn't have been nearly as awful, however, if he'd at least had the good sense to hide it.
>>
>>48798010
People who don't understand that are shitty doms and end up alone.

The dom is as much in service to the sub as vice versa, the power dynamics are a thing, but duty is something else entirely.

>>
>>48798308
Fantasies don't carry the same weight as actually wanting to do something.

But! Fantasizing about shitty things is still a shitty act. If my fantasy is being a absolute douce and killing/ruining people's lives, abusing and torturing...that's fucked up, whoever I paint it.
>>
>>48798458

I think that's a pretty dangerous stance to take, to be honest. Thoughts aren't harmful or hurtful. if you just think something, and never take any actions based on it, nobody has any right to call those thoughts anything but natural.

It's worth remembering as well that unwanted thoughts are a known psychological phenomena. Anyone who has ever lived has had momentary fantasies or ideas of awful, obscene and disturbing things pass through their mind. It doesn't make you a monster, it makes you an ordinary human being. And being able to react to those thoughts calmly, rather than freaking out and obsessing over it, is part of being a healthy human being.
>>
>>48788804

>>
>>48798458
fantasizing about shitty things isn't a shitty act really. An internal fantasy involves nobody but yourself. A consensual ERP-style fantasy involves nobody but consenting parties. These fantasies(active thoughts with the purpose of extracting some kind of pleasure in place of the acts themselves, if I had to define the word) are only as harmful as media or RP where people die, and extracting enjoyment from that experience, and that happens in most any TTRPG where combat and conflict is central.

you could say the same about any aggressive outlet. The problem with peoples pleb taste in fantasies is that theyre not constructive. acting like a genuine criminal, kidnapping and forcing someone to be a slave, still has the opportunity for the person enslaved to be taught skills and improve as a human being, and so can the dom. Fantasies of destruction don't have any positive end to them. No confidence to be reborn in a new image. It's the equivalent of sipping nacho cheese instead of a balanced meal.

Most people who do this right fap later, not during. You enjoy your dice rolling gamey action as normal, and then have erotic logs to peruse after session. People who fap during are cancer, because nothing causes things to screatch to a hault than getting off and the tendancy to wash your hands of the activity. (and potentially your hands). normal games already die enough as it is.
>>
>>48798821

...Except that isn't the case. A violent, depraved fantasy is no more 'constructive' than a compassionate one. Both result in absolutely nothing happening. You're delusional if you think happy fantasies have any more positive effects than arguably negative ones.
>>
>>48798905
Wasn't even thinking of that but yeah that'd wreck things too. To me they're different mind spaces, swapping from "alright if I use this spell and you come in on the sneak attack.." to "now that's done bb u wan sum fuk?" just sounds way too jarring.

I'm sure in practice it's not so bad though.
>>
>>48799049
Not that anon but they can have effects on the person fantasizing and you are the delusional one if you deny their potential for that on the individual. The original argument being responded to that a shitty fantasy was an inherently shitty act. Act being the operative word. It's hard to argue for an internal fantasy being harmful to others as an act, but much less so to argue that a shitty fantasy turned obsession has the potential for negative effects on the individual.

As an aside, a compassionate fantasy has more potential for the drive towards being "constructive" than a violent, depraved one would by the same potential.

Goes without saying that in healthy individuals who fap to this shit occasionally and compartmentalize, off course this doesn't really apply.
>>
>>48799201

Fantasies are just that, fantasies. They aren't things you intend to reflect on reality, and most people are able to hold the two separately. As I said above, the ability to remain aware of that distinction is part of what I consider being a healthy human being.

Imagining good things does not make you a good person. Imagining bad things does not make you a bad person. They are both utterly meaningless relative to what you actually do.
>>
>>48799313
I'm glad you're right and we don't have to worry about pedophiles and rapists because those are just fantasies that no one ever acts upon ha ha.
>>
>>48799313
Your motivations are not meaningless to your actions. Yes for many people fantasies are just that. For others, for better or worse, fantasies become motivations. You cannot completely separate the mind from the action, only do your best to compartmentalize. I don't limit this to sexual fantasies, though that was the original topic of discussion. I agree that there is nothing inherently wrong with any thought, however sick or depraved you or I might find it.

>>
>>48799439

>>
>>48800013
>>48799439

The vast majority of pedophiles are non-offending. They live with the desires but manage to control them, knowing rationally that indulging in them is not a good thing. Sadly, many people will judge someone purely on their desires, not on their actions, which can actively discourage people from seeking help.

And then we get to the point that rape, both receiving and inflicting, is one of the most common fantasies in the world, yet rates of rape are in continuous decline despite there being no evidence of any decline of the fantasy itself.

A few.
The explicitly erpgs have generally fallen into one of two categories.
Comedy, like a slasher flick, very campy, more absurd than erotic.
Creepy, like, really weird stuff creepy. Stuff I would associate more with serial killers than porn stars.

However, a few games I have been in had erpgs elements. The game wasn't explicitly about sexy times, but there was no fade to black either. Of those, the narrow majority handled the events so matter of factly that it didn't seem odd until I thought about it in retrospect.
But those I would consider R rated games rather than explicitly ERPGs. There was also slightly graphic descriptions of violence and the depravity of the villains, it was done well, but I'm not sure I would give it another go.

>dark fantasies are bad
no moron, I said it absolutely clearly to anyone past 5th grade to understand; destructive fantasies are bad. pretending you get turned into a dildo and then that you get killed for the thrill of an orgasm isn't a constructive fantasy. Being a competant and obedient slave girl on the other hand does have construction even in a brutal and unforgiving setting, as it raises the bar to learning discipline and life skills.

No one is saying your fantasies are bad and evil, again, theyre plebian. Nacho cheese. Steak and ketchup, chicken tendies. they offer no sophistication or growth, and although it feels pretty fucking good, it doesn't challenge you to become better, and only feeds cathartic but blatant feelings of worthlessness and insecurity.

If you want to get elitist about fap material of all things, a desire for slavery only leaves room to climb back from the gutter you place yourself in, mentally.

I joined an ERP recruiting on /tg/ not knowing what to expect and wow, it's pretty intense.
We've been dropped into a setting kind of like in VH or RyonaRPG where sex and danger go hand in hand.

Very first session I joined, a PC got picked up by a giant centipede that tried to lay eggs in her.
That set the tone pretty well.

Depravity happens every other session or more, but the game tone holds together because the PCs do have a sense of purpose/dignity as adventurers and aren't just searching the land aimlessly for sex.

One thing I'm surprised by is that we've never had to go through a fetish whitelist/blacklist check and it's still pretty much worked out. I guess we're all equally deviant.
>>
>>48793894
>I would honestly be up for an ERP (online and non-voice obviously), but I don't even know where to start - and for how long I could keep an interest.

I've run a couple games, and in my experience the way to keep player interest is to make the lewd game an actual -game-, not just a session to wank to.

There's a lewd L5R game I'm running right now, for example. The Crab player recently got tempted into poisoning a dragon's drink by a Scorpion girl that was offering sex and a favor in exchange. The poison's not lethal, just enough to make the Dragon sick so he'll lose in the upcoming tournament, and the favor she's doing him is keeping an eye on the Crab's sworn enemy who's also at the tournament.

Didn't need to roll dice or anything, the player thought it over and decided to go for it himself. That same session another player used sex to convince the Crab to let her win in the contest they were paired against each other in. He's kind of starting to question his honor now, especially since that last example was with a Spider character.

Point being, lewd games should be games as much (actually, probably more) than they are lewd. There's still a story being told, things are still happening, but lewd also just happens to be involved.

Ironically, the level of discourse has dropped every time you've decided to chase off another group of people you didn't like.

First it was the insane mod.
Then it was 'no more /wst/'.
Then it was 'no more quests'.

And every time the board has gotten MEASURABLY WORSE in terms of creativity, original content, RP based discussion, and other /tg/ content.

In fact, the shitposting becomes more common, the inanity of threads has increased, /pol/ is more welcome and dragged into every thread regardless of it's relevance, and people like you complain about threads like this instead of threads like those.

Why does this myth still exist? People have gone back and counted how many quests started when, in the early days quests were actually much less common than they ended up being in the past few years. And even then, when quests were at their peak, they still weren't as rampant as people claim. At their busiest, there'd be 20 or so quest threads at one time. There's about 15 or so threads per page, and 10 pages, that's 20 out of 150 threads, meaning there were still 130 threads active that weren't quest related at all (unless it was a meta thread bitching about quests).

If that weren't enough, one only needs to look at /qst/ now to realize how overexaggerated statements about how rampant they are were. Even after most quests migrated there with newcomers from outside /tg/ coming in as well, the board still moves so slowly that it takes almost a week for any one thread to 404. That's even with he shitpost quests.

The claim that quests were clogging up the board is bullshit, but no matter what proof you show some people they will still claim it's true.
>>

Wait... are we talking about Nazi Mod? Because /tg/ had a serious problem before he showed up. There were literally 3 "elf slave, wat do?" threads on the front page at the same time. They didn't even have their own twists to set them apart from each other. They didn't go into greater depth than that one line question.

So yeah, something needed to be done. But Nazi Mod was a cure that was somehow worse than the disease. I couldn't tell you the number of threads I saw deleted for reasons I'm still not sure about. It seemed like any thread that wasn't about D&D or 40k was in danger, and god forbid you were trying to do something creative. This was the final straw for many of the creative types, who left the board never to return.

I'm not sure why exactly the board was going to hell in the first place, but that and the Nazi Mod were a one-two punch that left /tg/ sapped of its energy and creativity for a good while.

Anyone curious about a trap-maid domming the leader of a mind full of goo-mutated savages, or an icy librarian charging people with S&M sessions for help finding books?
>>

I've never understood it either, and I don't give two shits about quests. I've only glanced over a few quest threads in the many years I've been on this board and failed to find anything to interest me, but I've never had any trouble just skipping over the quest threads and participating in the kinds of threads that interest me.

Put that way things feel too on the nose, I can see them working but simplified to that point it just seems FETISH, instead of fetish + RP

Unrelated to the thread itself, but has anyone looked at the sword and revered its insanity?!

Its pommel is a planet's model WITH A CROWN, its guard is A PAIR OF WINGS and the fuller begins FROM A FUCKING HOURGLASS?!

And its NAME IS DELUXCALIBUR. MY FUCKING GOD.

This is my favorite sword ever now, even though I am super-anal about weapon realism.

It even has a nude girl carved to the handle. And it's a flamberge.

The more I look at it the more I love it.

Not at all. I honestly am not against the idea so long as that bit isn't the majority of the campaign.

However to do so I would need to play online, through text, as playing make believe with a bunch of other dudes in person is just too much. I would also need to find a group who would be fine with that (Everything from casual encounters to monster rape). Easier online, but still hard outside of some chatfuck hookup site like F-List. Those boundaries just make it impractical, and as a result I will probably just stick to running regular games.

The closest I have gotten was a oneshot of MaidRPG I ran. To that game's credit clothing damage and intimate encounters with the master are part of the default rule set, and because the of system's simplicity it goes by very efficiently over a text-based medium like IRC.

That's a study of people who were arrested for possession of actual child pornography, not lolicon manga. They are also part of communities of serial child abusers who make said child pornography. Some such communities actually require you submit material of your own to prove you aren't a cop. It's not reasonable to extrapolate it to all pedophiles considering the circumstances.

Where?
>>
>>48809443
quests actually have been around the board for the vast majority of the lifespan of the board, newfriend.
>>
>>48783346
I started a community off a tg thread, we have a Discord and I normally 2 do games a week personally using WFRP2e as the basis for a Neo-Tokyo with-Daemons (spirits generally) flavoured cyberpunk.

It's alright but DM fatigue and the impending start of school weigh on me.
>>
>>48823047
I wish school and jobs weren't such fucking kryptonite for tabletop games.
Especially since all the ones people seem to really like take FOREVER to play.
>>
I almost joined one but once I saw what the characters were I backed out. It was a lot of the most obvious fetish stuff I didn't want to get involved with. I've been curious to play for a while but I am kind of nervous to get in since I don't really feel comfortable doing those long custom emote sex scenes and would rather just play a normalish campaign that was maybe a bit more dark than usual and have sex be something that isn't shied away from and fucking one of the party members is possible.

People who know the rules and a DM that keeps things moving and has a set cut off help.

Mostly go 8:30-12:30pmEST. Players also get lewd pre/post mish.

Yes. I DM and DMPC me and a group of about 4 others in a Corruption of Champions game.

>After the beating you're supposed to reassure them they can be a good girl and things will get better
That sounds like the textbook definition of an abusive relationship. The kind that we have domestic abuse shelters for.
>>
>>48823734

Well, the key difference here is that in an BDSM relationship, the abuse is just some mild spanking and naughty words during sex while in an abusive relationship the woman will be turning up at the infirmary with several broken ribs and a face like Arya Stark.
>>
>>48823803
>the abuse is just some mild spanking and naughty words during sex
That just sounds like normal sex. Are you sure you aren't underplaying BDSM acts to make them seem less like the abusive relationships that they are?
>>
>>48783346
We used to have ERP threads, but they were declared badwrongfun and killed in their sleep
>>
>>48823734
I mean, if someone gives prior consent to the abuse, has clearly stipulated boundaries, and established safeword that means "this stops now" (that is respected by the other). Then I guess you could compare an abusive relationships to the more "hard-core" facets of BDSM.
>>
No but I would like to take part in one at some point, through text of course not in real life.

I'm a lewd fag in mmos so I definitely have to stretch my imagination to play as a STRAIGHT MALE with my STRAIGHT MALE friends when we play DnD irl.

I would definitely enjoy such a game where I can do what comes more naturally and play as a trap boipussymancer
>>
>>48823939
To be fair, they had turned into largely social affairs by the end. Maybe if they had been posted less often, they could've remained more concept-based. Not that I'm agreeing with conniption that some folks had about them, but I do sort of feel like they were inviting trouble.

>Have any of you ever been in an actual ERP game
Many times. These days I play more ERP than normal due to the fact that my ERP group is more drama-free and better RPers than my non-lewd group.

>What issues might come up from running such a thing?
Fetish overlap and barriers. Only problem I've had so far was when a vore fetishist demanded basically every encounter have something to eat him. He got kicked out pretty quickly because the rest of us weren't into vore and he was adamant about it coming into play constantly.

> I'd imagine that announcing you've orgasmed wouldn't be out of line
That's kinda gross, we don't announce IRL stuff.

>and with fetishes/kinks you'd probably have to lay them out in the front and then the others would say which ones they're cool with
Very important for the above reasons.

The main way to play/run an ERP game with, I've noticed, is to not have it be 100% lewd all the time. Take a standard game and introduce a lewd element, rather than the other way around. Have sexual interaction fade to black not because you don't want to do sex, but because it disrupts the game. Either have something affect the entire party, or keep things segmented.

An example: There's a...Minotaur that pumps out pheromones constantly. As an encounter this is good, as the entire party is fighting it. If they win, they can slap the effected out of it, or if they lose it's an orgy that everyone's a part of. As a social encounter, say the minotaur is a scholar who just so happens to pump out pheromones, you're going to fade to black when the party Wizardess gets too randy to continue the talk. This can be completed in a solo with the GM at a later time, or on a side-room so long as it doesn't effect the game's flow.

Also never voice chat, because then you get cringe-worthy shit like

So I've never done ERP before and I kinda wanna try, any tips/help?

I've been DM for /d/ games for at least 5 years now.

Not sure what the fuss is about, as long as you got a stable (ONLINE) group you'll be in for a wild ride along all the genres and all the fetishes that your groups are collectively intrested in.

Tips; Catalog the fetishes in the group religiously. Use your knowledge against them.

Make sure your group is at all times 50/50 male female. Unless you're doing a one-off molestation game where everyone is perving out on the one-two girls for the whole 2-3 hours.

no shame. go balls deep.

lastly, don't forget that it's still a RPG with captial G. It gets boring quick if everyone just fulfils their mastubatory fantasies. Make sure you've got top notch world building, top notch writing, top notch NPC's and most of all you need an expects touch in the oratory experience.

I requrit players every half a year or so in /d/, hit me up if you're interested.

The group is in the ages of [redacted] and 25, myself not included in the count because I'm an oldfag.

>>48783346
Yes, it's fun but make sure you talk with everybody so you know what everyone wants out of it before hand

Go make a character on flist and thrawl for randoms. I've doled out a load of advice and answers to newbquestions to another guy in the >>>/soc/24196243 thread recently so see if that answers some of your concerns too.
