It's designed so you can start in the far North and still be able to play. Basically allows Russia to be a force, while not making them overpowered if they get going. I'm removing the reinforced borders from Orthodoxy, Protestantism will get a little something more. Islam may get a slight numbers tweak. Heathen Army gets a buff against unfortified cities.
