OK, so i am a bit oldfag when it comes to RiskClan (not bragging, just saying) and i remeber when Cyrus was building these maps. There were IDs on /b/ so we could actually play, and the first 20 or so times i played MER (always Denmark if i had a say in the matter; I'd lurk and ascend sometimes, too) things were historical as fuck and on average you would have 15-20 rollers. I was playing as Denmark and the Catholics were full of themselves and the Muslims were battletoading all of Africa and it was me and 2 or 3 fags in the North (Danes, Estonia Shine, and Kiev or Novgorod) and i think i asked, but it may have been Estonia, if we could form a Pagan Alliance. As there were 8+ Catholics with strong bonuses and a horde of sanddindus, whoever was OPing allowed it.

Huge mistake.

We got super amped and just started rekting any Christians that got close to threatening us. We got Scotland to convert, and one by one we destroyed the HRE and the Popefags. Muslims thought it was funny until we finally truced with the bornagains and then it was a fucking kebab bonanza. I didn't play for a week or so after because AFK bullshit, but the next time i played there were new rules specifically forbidding Pagan Alliances.
