what is the scale going to be? 15mm? They look too small for 28mm but possibly too big for 15.

Do you know what WH is? Do you know how licencing works?

They can't make WH miniatures, which is why relic uses busts. They have had multiple minis lines since before they even picked up the WH licence. The distrobution model isn't anything similar to WH and won't even touch it's market.

This basically the systems they designed for Armada, but with ground troops.

I'm keen- being unpainted is pretty cool for me, though I can understand the appeal of prepaints for others. It'll give me some cool stuff to use in Kings of War of nothing else.
