Like who makes all those bolter shells they use, or the rhinos and predators and other vehicles? Table top wise sure, fluff wise bloody power armour.

Celestians can have 10 girls max, a single heavy weapon (Bolter, melta, flamer) a single special flamer, melta, storm Bolter, or 2 special. That's the elite unit from a rather sad codex.

The basic troop can have 20 girls with the same options as the Celestian.

While the guard can have more shit for less points and basically tarpit with special weapons.

But let's say 10 vets with 3 plasma vs 10 girls with 1 heavy Bolter and flamer. Assuming no cover and the guards moving to range since we'll both start outside of range the heavy Bolter has 1 to 2 turns before the guard can do any shooting.
0-6 guard dead before the fight start for the vets.

In other words out of fucking context and codex dick waving is silly. Can we hold hands now?

Each is different, anon. Some chapters have multiple worlds supporting them, including perhaps a forge world or two. Others can barely scrap together some outside support to supplement their mostly in house production. Some do favors for the admech to get supplies, some are so honored by the Imperium that to even suggest in the earshot of an admech that they need something has an entire cargo ship filled with the item heading their way within a month. Other are so feared that the admech won't work with them and they have to scavenge and bully the weapons from others to restock their stores.

Only thing that possibly is consistent is that all loyalists seem to have techmarines that help produce and maintain as much of their equipment as they can with the supplies on hand.

My Warhammer army is basically Sisters main with a force of skitarii and two knights. They all painted in the same colour scheme.

Fluff wise, The sisters share custody of a plane with the AdMech, and while they AdMech has no interest taking tithe from peasants and dealing with pilgrims coming to the Shrine world, they can appreciate the economy of resources of letting the Ecclisiarchy man the defense while they just investigate some old, massive Archeotech they call the Holy Engine. The sister in the planet believe their Emperor's Given mission is to protect the massive shrine hive built over the cave complex the Engine was found. So this order is called Sisters of the Holy Engine. Devout nobles of the shrine world serve as Paladins of the Engine, the knights decorated with sister's motiffs, the Skitari represent the sisters' serfs and auxilia given by the AdMech while the magos themselves research the underground engine.

Yes, the idea is that they have way more bionic replacements than the average sister and even experimental weapons though since GW doesnt do plastic and im not boss enough to try to do conversion on metal, that's mostly fluff. I saw a few sigmarines (stormcast from age of sigmar with marine backpack and 40k helmet) with a sallet helmet (the ones SoB normally use) that I believe I could field, using marine terminator rules as yet another ally, but fluff wise being a SoB pumped full of hormones to go to amazon size.
