The issue is slightly complicated by the fact Half-Life 2: Episode 3 is meant to conclude things, but of course hasn't been released curse you Valve.

HAHA I FINISHED IT

Sorry it took so long. I had to do some serious chores involving fruitcake lovingly blessed by Nurgle himself left on our front lawn. And various other work doing surprise call ins.

To further note. Incorporating the cut lore wasn't all that hard. And one of the main reasons I wanted to include it was to fill in some gaps the games wouldn't be able to explain. And indeed the remnants of said ideas are still left in the games however minute they may be. Also the lore cut merely fleshes out the main plot and explains magic, its themes, and game mechanics already present in the story better. It doesn't so much change as clarify. As certain aspects of the jump are based off of accepted fanon (mainly convexity and spirit gems) admittedly. NOW this jump is more accurate with recent insight from interviews with the writers and concept artists.

I keep forgetting how much an unfinished mess the Legend of Spyro is.

Also because of this news I might make a Skylanders jump all considering. I don't own any of the games so that'll make the jump rather difficult to put together. But I might be able to pull it off with sufficient research.

Challenge is making the perks seem not out of place but still useful. Sort of thing Marvel_Anon tends to do pretty well so could be worth having a look at stuff like Generic Western and Mob to check out the sort of perks that are good in these sorts of thing.

Canonically, they are so light that it doesn't feel like it's there and because of that and the intense cutting power, all the usual sword-fighting techniques and stances had to be thrown out and redone.

Force Users were the only ones who take advantage of the new weapons. Though theoretically, an advanced enough combat droid could be built out lightsaber-resistant materials and programmed to utilise a lightsaber and the fighting styles that were built around it.

Looking for 600 CP items for a jump like this one is tricky. Getting people to spend 600 CP even discounted on items is difficult at the best of times and this setting just doesn't have the power level. I'd probably drop the prices of items in general to make them competitive.

Plus half the reason why lightsabers are good is because of Jedi precog and reflexes let them predict where blaster bolts are going so they can just block them instead of getting hit. For a non-Jedi, this isn't the case, they can easily be taken out at range.

It does help in a fight but using the actual weapon is completely doable without it.
