My wife is a huge 007 fan and she found this picture online and asked me to play it as a character in an upcoming 3.5 campaign. Now i know a little about Mr. Bond but i have no idea how to implement him into a character from a fantasy game. any ideas? (we are starting at lvl 2 btw)

I'd say the unarmed variant of Swordsage from Tome of Battle, but only if your DM allows you to get the monk's Improved Unarmed Strike and bonus AC while unarmored. RAW you'll only get unarmed damage progression like a monk.
If he does, however, it fits really well. Hand to hand combat specialist with access to maneuvers that make you stealthy? Perfect.

Why not actually play Jamea Bond in an actual James Bond RPG? Not to mention it's a cheaper and far better system than 3.5.
