Personally? He'd be an asshole. He'd probably know how to read a room and manipulate people well enough to run a kickass game in any RPG. But he'd also probably play for keeps beyond what was normal in competitive games.

If he made games, he'd probably have several under his belt in drastically different genres. Just baseline games though, can't see him sticking around for expansions or anything. And they'd all be pretty well fine tuned.

He'd also probably talk about his process and preferences in making games. In practice, following his advice won't actually help you replicate his success. But people would try to imitate him anyway.

Our hobby would probably be fucked up by a guy like this showing up. Unless we had like two or three with different approaches and perspectives.
