What sort of ruler has the least responsibility? I want to be that sort of king.

Constitutional monarch, I should think. Or else a monarch who just puts all the work on their subordinates.

>ruler
>least responsibility
>implying that great power doesn't always come with great responsibility

Spaniard here, can confirm, also dutch and Swedish will probably confirm that too.
The only monarch that has any relevance today is the english one.

The Saudi king is pretty important in the middle east.

I thank god everyday that the sheikhs exist, nothing keeps radical muslim extremists in line like other muslim extremists who like western money.

That would be any kind of puppet king that lets his trustworthy vizier deal with the actual running of the country.

King of the Basement

And also I would like to add the Emirs of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Qatar. Man it seems that only Muslim monarchs are the only royalty that are relevant and actually running their nations today.

The nominal kind, who is only a public figurehead while the actual ruling is done by their shadowy "advisors" and such. Honestly, just find out who those people are and keep them happy. Tell them you want food, money, booze, and bitches aplenty and you'll give whatever speeches they damn well please.

Britbong here, other than that which is officially owned by the royal family and some existing loopholes that should've been cleaned up a long time ago, the English monarchy has very, very minimal power.

Well, Khazarian quagan was mostly a sacral figure, with the actual ruling being done by other people.
There's just the matter of getting horribly killed after a predermined amount of time, but till then you'd have no responsibility whatsoever.

Which is one of the reasons why things have gone to shit over the last 100 years. You need the Lords, the Commons and the Monarchy to all have power to act as living blocks on the power of the Commons. Shit has gone down hill for this country ever since the Parliament Act and short of repealing it or bringing in a US style constitution (which I do not trust anyone with any power in British politics to do so), things will continue to get worse.
