I think its Pete Mohrbacher who does tons of otherworldly angel depictions. Angels and demons occupy an interesting niche between elf like demihumans and completely otherworldly titans with unknowable powers and agendas.

What exactly is an Enochian angel? A bored pandimensional being that admires humanity too much, who mates and gives birth to demons? Corrupting cthulhu bringing genius and madness?
