This sounds like a glorious disaster that will end in a great story.
I've had a character I've wanted to run for a while now- a physically weak but skilled roguish vampire-like character. He would have incredible regeneration abilities, but be even weaker than the average human, because he would have normal blood generation rather than needing to feed.
He would still be weak to generic vampire weaknesses, and likely have a history as a servant and feeding target to more powerful vampires until his last master was killed and he got away for real this time.

Seems like a big package with good ideas but a mess to deal with. At best the GM has a handle on their story but with all those elements they either railroad to get the engine going or the players throw a monkey wrench into the story on accident (or possibly on purpose). It's not to say that this GM can't be the master race that could pull this off but odds are against all persons in that party of it going well.

Fun is something that is subjective, but there is a glory in running into something that will be terrible knowing it will be terrible nad knowing you will go have fun and get into it, not trying to be too serious.

Because that is why Sharknado was actually good. It is just as bad as your usual Syfy or Scifi or whatever the fuck the name channel bad movie, but you aren't lured in with promises that it might be good.

Your gm got booty blasted when he got told his zombies were just tacked on bs to his novel he's rewritten several times and didn't understand that the things he wanted to do with his unique special donotsteal could be done with any system.
