The gist of it is that you'll receive training, both general and specific, equipment, tactical plans, all that one would need to combat the many, many enemies of man, especially those of Chaos.

And, once the training is complete, I could attach you as a member of my retinue, although I suspect you'd want to get back to the Regiment, so instead, you'd be attached to that of Interrogator Wellesley.
You serve a while, then, when both of you have proved yourself, the Interrogator will become a fully fledged Inquisitor herself, then you'll get a turn, should you wish it.

Well that's up to you, there are the various types of training, or perhaps getting used to your new equipment.
Oh....I will say though, everyone that goes through the training center here goes through it as if they're the rawest of raw recruits, I wouldn't offer you a free ride and you wouldn't take it, it was just a heads up, don't matter who you used to be, it's just the way things are done.
If it worked for the Emperor and our King, it'll work for us. But don't worry, when you come out the other side, you'll be the guy that the Stormtroopers call on when they run into trouble, heh heh heh.....
