I have 2 blitzers near level up

one has +MA +MA dodge and the other has MB PO Jump up. Do I take tackle or guard (or a different skill)? As of right now I have 1 tackle lineman and 1 guard tackle blitzer for a total of 2 tackle pieces. I have 4 guard pieces, a blodge blitzer, a guard tackle blitzer, a guard lineman, and my orge. I also have no frenzy and only my killer and my ogre have mighty blow.


Oh and for ogre and catcher. If I don't roll doubles by the third skill for the ogre and if I dont roll an 11 or 12 by the third skill for the catcher should I just fire them and start again?
Mainly play in the NAF BB2 league or what ever it is called now. So mostly against bashy or wood elves

There are a decent number of teams that are floating around 1200-1300 TV that aren't in the playoffs that could easily stick around for a second season with their teams being in the state they're in.

Remember that even if we end up with a few of the playoff teams ending the season in the 1500-1600 TV range, all it takes is a chainsaw or a wizard to remove a star player and drop them down a good 100-200 TV.

I don't honestly know how many of those teams would choose continuing with their current team over a fresh one, though.

There are a few ways. For ranked you can just make a team and go to gamefinder, there you can see people close to your TV and say you want to play against them.
Blackbox is the traditional matchmaking, but is actually good unlike BB2. You activate a team and every 5 minutes you will be put against someone else.
In leagues you make a team and apply for, once in you or you designated opponent need to start a match and give the other the match info.

Let the players who don't want to leave their teams stay in the vet league, but freeze it for a season as there will probably be way less active teams. Then let the rookie league (which I assume is going to be more people) resolve and let top x teams advance so they are similar TVs to the vet league and after that we can have two leagues at the same time with decent numbers of teams in both. Of course a person will only be able to play one of their teams team per season.

I failed the a pass, but caught the scatter, then failed a handoff but caught the scatter for my only TD. Then failed the other pass I made when trying to get my win. He then picked up the ball without sure hands being needed, made a pass with 2 gfis, a handoff and 2 gfis for a turn 16 TD. As an all Skeleton team, so only 2 Thro-Ras and a single Blitz-Ra.

Doesn't that mean they have kill teams themselves if they are bitching about claw pomb kill teams? WE elves and Skaven both have 7 av so to them literally everyone is a kill team. Brets have a bunch of fend, wrestle, and 40K linemen who could be used to foul all the time so why would they care about claw pomb. Helves, and Delves can just dodge away because claw pomb block tackle is 5 fucking skills so most of the time they can't do shit to you anyway. Humans are kind of in an eh spot but A. you should have more guard and I have out bashed chaos with humans and B. You have at max 6 players you want to keep alive (4 blitzers, maybe an ogre if he has block, and maybe a thrower if he has dodge or +ag) either way it shouldn't be hard to keep 4 fucking players from dying.

So that leaves Chaos, Orcs, Dorfs, and Lizards. All of those teams rely on killing the other team. They all have 7+ players with block access. If you didn't take enough block to the point you can deny claw pombers good blocks you fucking deserve to be clawed because you build a fucking kill team.

Sure, but Take Root is a lot less of an issue when it's not a single dude.

I mean, imagine your cage, and then two of them Take Root. It's not like with WE of Halflings, where you can just ignore them for the rest of the drive, you have to go through the dude.

And unlike Bone 'Ead, they don't lose their tackle zones when they take root.

Even better, think of what happens when you put some treemen on a loose ball.

And you still have the problem of him holding the ball and pretty much being able to stay there forever.

However, one thing I do think would be interesting is that the Treeman runner, instead of getting any extra speed, might get the ability to retest on take root every turn, even if he fails it once, to represent his "speed"

I know this is just a fun experiment,but conider a rookie team,they would be forced to make a full lino only one catcher team + 2 rerolls if they are50k or one if they cost more.now imagine a team that over than being slow has to roll 11 roots per turn unable to reroll them because it has too few rerolls,i would make a welf lino positional instead of the catcher which doesn't really make sense anyway,this would make them a reverse welf team (few super agi guys[or only one]and many beaters),able to somewhat score and maybe give some more space in the starting roster

I almost feel like it's against the spirit of a Treemen team idea to have wood elf access, even of it's only 0-1, but you're right, you would need to do some pretty heavy re balancing to make it work. I do think letting the runner unroot himself somehow would help a lot. They'd need something else though, but I'm not sure what.

Maybe a few of the other treemen could start with Pro out the gate to help mitigate Take Root?

Over than the welf,if you don't like it,here are some possible things which in some combination might actually help
>cheaper linos
(less strength or some other nerf,but 80k is too much)

(like 40k,i think dwarfs used to have them right?)

Like, I had six pieces, made a turn 2 TD after the ball was knocked off my gutter runner, and scattered back to the LoS.

Blitzer dodged out, picked up the ball, passed to another gutter runner, gfi, gfi, td.

Lets see a saurus do ANY of those things.

When I play chaos sure I'll grind, lizards? Grind. Delves, grind.

When I play rats speed's my game.

Especially when I want KOs to wake up.

I had SIX PLAYERS on the pitch, with two more KOs.

That's one player PER saurus.

I didn't want every rat killed pointlessly after managing to stall out his drive.
