Are there any modern settings where I can be a wizard with guns that aren't WoD or Dresden Files?
Shadowrun

Shadowrun is cyberpunk future if anything. Not really "modern".

Mage: The Ascension

I'm guessing you mean a D&D style wizard, in which case your best bet is generic systems like FATE or GURPS or something so you can make your own stuff.

Unknown Armies has most adepts using guns, even the ones practicing schools of magic that have blast spells. It's a lot easier to just buy a gun and some bullets than it is to gather significant charges.
Buffyverse in the unisystem game.
The implied buffy-like setting in GURPS Monster Hunters or the one from GURPS Hellboy.

There's no wizards in d20 modern, anon.

Seconding UA
Gurps is the only system anyone should ever play. Get it right.

Nah, it's pretty much modern with better tech.

Uh, yeah there is. It's called Urban Arcana stuff, and the FX section of the core book.

Deadlands.

Agents of Oblivion, where spy thriller meets horror.

GURPS.
I'm sure it can be done in Savage Worlds, too.

Meido.
Savage Worlds is pretty good for that.

Lukjanienko is a horrible person, but his Day/ Night Watch series was pretty gud.
I don't think there's a custom setting for it, though.

If you don't mind making up your own setting, magic in a modern setting works incredibly well there. Lobbing magic bursts isn't quite as effective as an assault rifle, but you can't turn the rifle into a flamethrower or use it to heal allies on the fly.

The Laundry Series' RPG based off BRP, forgot the exact name.
