Alternatively a race I made with a good homebrewer that is essentially my magical realm of foot fetish, and yet, despite them being barefoot and such, is easily explained away due to mostly referring to LEGS and such. Messenger Race needs strong legs and they use their feet for better balancing, and have you tried balancing with your feet muscles through shoes? NOT THAT EASY, FUCKER. They also have tail to make it easier but still. So feet and legs were just one of the traits that natural selection enforced cuz a person with bad legs can't deliver messages in Underdark.
They are the parkour race.

This is hard. I have an explicitly sexual magical realm and a distinctly non-sexual one, and the two are completely different - I don't like to see them spill over into each other.
I'd say a female brawler type, in fact not focused on kicks or grappling, with a bit of a tan, short hair (whatever color, as long as it's short).
A bit taller than average, but not giantess level (185cm, for example), muscle definition without excess mass, masculine speech patterns and boyish behavior that are explicitly not a cover for "wanting to be feminine" at all, and preferably a smoker.
As far as clothing goes, it'd have to be dress shirts, leather jackets and jeans.

Rogue male with points mostly in cha, fort, int and dex. Prefers to use traps instead of fight and is an expert with ropes and snares. He's also good with a blackjack or whip if he has to fight and can backstab with a dagger.

Generally a little cocky due to drinking many bards under the table, but can turn on the charm to sweet talk his way out if things get heavy. Failing that, good luck holding him. He's an escape artist. Great cat burglar, too. You'll never hear him coming.

I actually played this and got away with it as it sounds so normal until you figure out that the ropes often come along with seduction checks if he likes what he sees. When everyone else figured out it was Bondage Rogue they all felt silly for not noticing it earlier.

I know from 6 years of oWoD GMing experience (and that's saying a lot, since some of the stereotypes are true) that even the most autismal wreck can learn to make a good character. It's less learning exactly what you should do and more learning the things you shouldn't do.
For example, you need to know when you're going at length about something, since that really reveals your magical realm. As long as you don't go at length about something and don't use charged words, you're already well on the way to playing your character normally.

oWoD is my favorite, but that's because I've played it for ages and know exactly how ripe for magical realm it is. Aberrant is by the same people, but has even more potential.
Maid RPG is an obvious choice, but it might make it a bit too unsatisfying, since it's straight-out made for free-form universe building, and that means there's no challenge in sneaking in your magical realm or trying to build it from the existing parts when you can just say that it is that way. Makes it too obvious, too.

I made an eidolon based on Dragon Slayer from Black rock Shooter pictures. My changeling summoner thought she was a priestess rather than a summoner, and believed the Plane of Shadow was the source of decay, rejuvenation, and recycling where nature was concerned. Her eidolon was her bodyguard and angel.

No one would know my character was male. He'd be dressed as his deceased twin sister while taking on her persona in order to to accomplish something only she could have. He'd have her soul in some sort of trinket that was slowly taking over his mind making him forget he was ever a man in the first place. Waking up from fever dreams would leave him confused as to why he had a dick and his mind could even trick him into thinking he didn't. None of this struggle would be made apparent but just hinted through his demeanor feeling less forced and more natural. Eventually he wouldn't become his sister entirely but rather a new entity that was the combination of both.

Naw, I like the idea of "aliens who are basically humans with white skin, pointed ears and tails." They would fill the role of the "rubber forehead alien" race very nicely.

When designing aliens for a tabletop game, it's a good idea not to stray too much from the human form and to build your aliens on a spectrum. On one end, have the rubber forehead aliens who are just humans with a few bits stuck on, then move down through less human-like until you get to the "starfish aliens" end of the spectrum.

Is it unrealistic? Probably, but it's easier for your players to work with.
