Have a specific set of objectives, discus them with the gm first. Have the GM plant unseen consequences and counter insurgency to your own objectives that you don't know about.

Don't use being a spy as an excuse to be a dickass to other characters. Alpha Legion plays the long game(s). Your companions might not ever find out you're a plant.

The entire Death Watch kill team is comprised of marines hailing from different traitor legions.

Each one believes they are infiltrating the kill team to learn more from their comrades.

It'd be like paranoia.
